Poor communication structure!
I have been employed by this company for some time now, and I've consistently encountered issues with their email response system. Particularly frustrating is the lack of response to order approval emails. Moreover, there seems to be no accessible customer support line. I question whether the company is fully operational or experiencing significant difficulties.
I strongly recommend implementing an automated order approval system. After a fourteen-day period without customer action, orders should be approved automatically. Currently, this essential feature is absent, resulting in order delays of over a month. The complete lack of communication from both customers and support is unacceptable and extremely frustrating.
