Hi Erin, unfortunately we had to fully refund you ultimately on the basis of misrepresentation. We were surprised to see the use of x2 personal names which was flagged.
We had suspicions of fraud so we looked into your profile and can see that there was a stronger case for fraud. After deliberations we had to make this decision as we have legal fiduciary responsibilities.
We enjoy communicating with our customers and we tried to reach out to you on several of occasions to no avail. One of our goals is to ensure that both our customers and staff are aware of our high standards for customer care, integrity and quality.
