Awful! They took an NHS clients money and didn't print a large chunk of forms which required printing. Half of them were printed incorrectly. The owner did not apologise. I have proof the emails correspondence but was very rude to me.
Didn't work with us to resolve and has always been rude to me. Just me though and not my colleagues. I did wonder why I was treated differently. I had received awful service and now the NHS would like this organisations contact details to raise a formal complaint which I will be providing!
