Gavin has been so great, and super supportive all the way through the QTLS process. I was a little reluctant to spend a relatively big chunk of money to help me navigate through the process. But within the first telephone call I was confident I was getting more than my moneys worth!

The course content, layout and guidance was first rate. I was interviewed as I had applied for a level 1 but after chatting to Gavin and sharing my previous experience I was advised that the level 3 was not only more suitable but within my capabilities. I just completed the L4 Certificate in Education and training. The support from Gavin and Gill was fantastic- guiding me through each unit and providing constructive feedback. I believe I was one of the first to do the completely self led online training, there were a few teething issues but if anything needed clarification the tutors were promptly on hand to help.
I was apprehensive undertaking a formal qualification at my age but they were patient and happy to work around my hectic work schedule. Thank you!

What made my experience great was the assessors patience in guiding me through the individual units. The course is also self-paced which made it easy to work according to my time and the courses are also straightforward with in-depth information.

I have just completed my L5 Diploma in Education and Training and would absolutely recommend Essential Teaching. It works well with life commitments such as fitting around work, Gavin as the Tutor is so supportive and on hand for any extra support that is needed and it is so much cheaper than the PGCE route with affordable monthly payments making this possible. I was lucky enough a friend recommended the course and it was the best decision I made. Would highly recommend!

Great teaching that was very informative. There was a lot of support during a Level 5 DET course, with regular 1:1s and tutorials available with Gavin, the teacher. He was incredibly understanding, regularly meeting the individual learner needs for each learner. I was able to discuss an extension on assignments as necessary and they were very accommodating. Some marking was delayed in being returned but this improved towards the latter half of the course.

Gavin was excellent in supporting me to finalise my portfolio. Exceptional knowledge and expertise.
Gavin always responded to my constant emails.

I liked Essential Teaching before I enrolled myself in the Coaching and Mentoring course. The communication was excellent from the very beginning. Mr. Gavin explained to me everything about the course and answered all my questions. This helped me a lot in making a decision.
The course itself is planned and paced very well to help learners from different backgrounds learn and enjoy their learning stress-free. The content of the course is very beneficial. It compasses both knowledge and practice of the coaching and mentoring roles.
The instructor, Mr. Gavin, is amazing. He is very knowledgeable, flexible, supportive, and friendly. He answers questions and responds to emails quickly and expertly and is always helpful.
