Still haven't received my item. Was supposed to be delivered 10 days ago. The product is an advent calendar and no longer useful as it's almost xmas. Company won't respond to attempts to get a refund.

I ordered a blanket for a Christmas…
I ordered a blanket for a Christmas gift a month ago. It has not arrived. It said it was delivered this past weekend, but not to my house was it delivered. I reached out and was told by an employee not worry, it was delivered to a courier and would arrive soon. That was 5 days ago. Today I asked for a delivery date, or I want my money back. I'm pretty sure Inwaa scammed. 😡😡
