A while ago I hired Essex Gutters for a…

A while ago I hired Essex Gutters for a pressure washing service and was quite disappointed. The crew arrived late without any communication and seemed disorganized. They overlooked some key areas that were the main reason I hired them in the first place. Before making the appointment, Charlie assured me he could 100% handle the job without any problems.

Once he had “finished” the job, I raised my concerns about these oversights, but he was dismissive and stated that resolving the issues would require additional services at extra cost. It felt as though customer satisfaction was not a priority for their team. After our conversation, Charlie subsequently blocked me.

it’s a shame That someone has to post a fake review on us We will be taking this further to get this removed as this is not a legitimate review We have requested more information from the reviewer and had nothing back We do not recognise anything mentioned in the review. It also states in the review that it was a January job when we wasn’t working at the start of January Proof can be provided.

heartbroken

Read this, All services are provided with high attention to detail, we strive to go above and beyond ensuring customer needs are well met. Reverse their statement, this is how they treated a cancer patient, hole in ceiling, kitchen flooded twice laminated all swollen, water in entrance hall. front garden used as a skip. damaged my wooden bench and grandsons sand pit.blew a fuse all food thawed in freezer. pics if needed, please do not use them to tile your roof.ESSEXGUTTERS LTD.

Poor to no communication

Poor to no communication! Cleaned one side of my roof and the other side was half done, left front gutters full of moss which clogged my drains and makes water drip onto the front of house which can cause water damage, roof on top of door wasn’t cleaned as promised and a broken roof tile was supposed to be replaced. Charlie Was supposed to come back and rectify issues highlighted and he never came back! I’m so disappointed and angry! I’ve tried for several months to contact Charlie and he just doesn’t respond!

Absolutely brilliant!

Absolutely brilliant! I hadn’t had my gutters cleaned ever and was so impressed that Charlie was able to remove everything from them and had them looking brand new again. He done all the work within good time and so professionally. He also arrived in the time frame he allocated me and to top it off was very polite. I will definitely be calling EssexGutters again. Very happy customer.
