Terrible lack of support agents!
I waited about 10 minutes, and then hung up.
But I have other gripes that I was calling about:
1. Their website wasn't working from the start, and back then I was told to use Google Chrome browser. It is totally ridiculous. Long before iPods, iPads and iPhones this was often a problem. But now?
2. I completed the Trust questions, and was able to print it. Although they advertise "unlimited changes", I haven't been able to make a simple change without having to go though ALL of the questions again!
3. I was just trying to log in again and their website will not load. I have super fast Google Fiber internet, and other sites are popping up immediately. Today's call was going to be about this login problem.
