What a wonderful experience from start to finish. The team has been phenomenal, professional and polite explaining everything in great detail. The aftercare has also been excellent - I would highly recommend the team and company to anyone who is interested in any surgery.

Great experience, nice hotel and also all smoth with transfers.
Regarding the clinic and treatment, nothing negative to say. The treatment took around 3h with anestesia, so pain was minimal.

I asked this company many times to stop calling and texting me. I clearly told them that I’m not interested anymore, yet they keep contacting me from different numbers.

This kind of behavior is very pathetic and desperate. When a company keeps bothering people after being told “no” multiple times, it only shows a lack of respect for basic boundaries.

What’s funny is that I came here ready to insult this company, but after reading the reviews, it seems many others have already done that job for me. Apparently their reputation is already bad enough without my help

I did my hair transplant last year and i'm more than extremely satisfied with the results. If it would be possible i would give it 6 stars. All stuff and especially the corporate manager were extremely professional, competent and helpfull.

Horrible experience
My hair transplant experience was extremely traumatic. During the operation, a sudden government inspection took place, and the doctor and nurses immediately ran away from the room, leaving me alone on the operating table without any explanation. As a foreigner who doesn’t speak the language well, I was terrified and didn’t know what was happening.
Later, I discovered that they are not officially registered as a medical clinic and they are not doctors or medical team, yet they are performing surgical procedures. On top of that, my hair did not grow as promised. It was a horrible and unprofessional experience, and I regret choosing them

First and fore most have a very good customer care. This Company give any chance for questions a customer eoukd like to ask. Due to their good services I was recommended to them by my collegue at work in Scandinavia.

It was recommended by friend who did it here few months back so i decided to give a try. It was great experience i had so far. All the staffs are very friendly to me including driver. From picking me from the Airport to all clinic and drop me off to hotel which already booked by them. And it was really good stay in hotel which includes breakfast and other services. Just waiting for the results. Hope it goes well for me InshaAllah.

i went to esterfuture/scala for an hair transplant. the corporate manager was always available and satisfying for any question or doubt.
everything was how it was planned, also the italian agency, relife, was very professional.
i had the surgery yesterday, so it is too soon to talk about results.
it is not perfect, there are things to improve, but i think it is great price/service balance

They are not a clinic and not a medical provider. They are a broker office with a health tourism agency license only. but they pretend to be a clinic,

Their role is limited to coordination and transportation, with no medical license, no medical supervision, and no medical responsibility.

NO DOCTOR WILL DO THE OPERATION NO MATTER WHAT THEY SAY

They work with (EsteCerrahi) for hair transplants,
and (HC Polikliniği) for dental implants and treatments.

Contacting the clinics directly usually means lower cost or contact other clinics, because the broker’s role is only to take big commissions

Disappointed: Results disappointment waste of money and time because they are not professional so not recommended at all, i share results with them now they want me to get another one, just money making company please don't go there they transplant less graft and waste more graft. they are not qualified its horrible experience
They also damage my donor area as well because the not expert in hair Transpalnt.

My Experience with Este Future Hair Transplant Clinic, Istanbul
I am deeply disappointed with Este Future’s handling of my treatments and aftercare. I have paid a total of $5,400 across two surgeries (2019 and 2022), both of which completely failed to produce any growth.
Both times, the clinic issued “lifetime warranty” certificates promising a free corrective procedure if no results appeared after one year. Despite this, they refused to honor these warranties and instead charged me again in 2022 for the second surgery — which also failed.
Their staff later claimed my follicles might be “damaged,” yet they performed full blood tests and assessments before each operation confirming everything was normal. This contradictory excuse shows clear bad faith.
After two failed surgeries, my donor area is now permanently damaged, leaving visible scars and causing ongoing pain and emotional distress. The clinic’s WhatsApp support has been dismissive, inconsistent, and disrespectful, providing no real help or responsibility.
My request:
I demand a full refund ($5,400) and compensation for physical, emotional, and financial harm. I have all receipts, certificates, and photos to prove my claim.
I hope Este Future takes accountability instead of continuing to ignore patients who trusted them.

Very competent and professional staff. Amazing results. Got everything explained and all my questions were answered. If you want your hair to look good, don't hesitate and go to EsteFuture clinic.

Efficient and caring visit at EsteFuture Clinic. Minimal wait, friendly front desk, and Drs was thorough yet quick. Clean facility. Smooth experience overall. Would definitely return.

Ive had 2 hair transplants with EsteFuture, 6 years apart. I'm from the UK and found them to be professional and courteous. I was speaking with Sara who was always on hand to coordinate and provide me instructions and advice. I would recommend EstFuture.

It was horrible experience for me. Once you landed at Istanbul then they will force you to follow their instructions. I had very bad experience from the beginning. I don't know why but may be they were over booked. They forced me to change the treatment plan. The doctors are not qualified, they don't have any certification. After the treatment they don't accept any mistakes. It was bad experience then expectations. It was waste of money / time. I would never recommend this clinic for any treatment.
