Hello everyone, I contacted the clinic on the recommendation of a friend who had already undergone a procedure with EsteGo (different from the one I had). Omar contacted me and explained everything to me, and we made all the appointments. The entire team was very well-prepared and made me feel very confident about going through with the procedure. Dr. Kaan, with his magic hands, made my dream of having a "Barbie" nose come true! Everything was perfect without any complications. I thank the entire team for their care, attention, and excellent work. I recommend them wholeheartedly. I hope that if you are thinking about having this procedure done, you don't waste any more time; they are the best!

I had lipo 360+ renuvion+ inside legs + inside arms and chin December 2024.
I’m very happy with my results, Dr Memet was my surgeon, he understood what I was looking for and the team was very supportive.
I highly recommend, the price and quality is amazing!

⭐ Google Review — Estego Clinic (Istanbul, Turkey)

My experience at the Estego Clinic in Istanbul was marked by negligence, lack of ethics, and questionable practices, completely different from what is promised in their marketing.

NEGATIVE POINTS — AND THEY ARE EXTREMELY SERIOUS:

1. Abusive charging practices and zero financial transparency

When I arrived for my surgeries, I found out on the day of the procedure that they only accepted cash payment, something that had NEVER been communicated to me beforehand.
On top of that, they tried to charge me 20% more simply because I wasn’t prepared to pay everything in cash.
This is a misleading, abusive, and highly disrespectful practice, especially for international patients.

2. Lack of transparency and possible surgeon swap

I specifically chose and paid for a particular surgeon, confirmed by the clinic.
This doctor showed up in my room for only 10 minutes, just 20 minutes before surgery.
In the end, I still don’t know if he actually operated on me, because the official document was signed by another doctor.
This is unethical, unsafe, and unacceptable.

3. Complete absence of medical follow-up after long surgeries

After a 7–8 hour surgery, I was completely abandoned at the hospital.
I did not receive a single medical visit before being discharged.
My discharge was given by a staff member/nurse, not the surgeon.
For such invasive procedures, this represents serious negligence.

4. I was ignored when I got sick

On Sunday, I felt extremely unwell and requested a medical check before facing a 12-hour trip back home.
My consultant simply never replied.
There was no support, no concern, no follow-up.
After they get your money, their support completely disappears.

5. The most serious issue: I paid for High-Definition Lipo and it was NOT performed

The package I purchased clearly included HD Lipo, and I have all the proof.
Three days after the surgery, I discovered on my own that the HD Lipo was never performed, would not be performed, and no one intended to inform me.
To this day, I have received no explanation, no solution, and no accountability.
This is false advertising and a total lack of respect.

POSITIVE POINTS (because it’s fair to mention):
• The hospital where I stayed for two nights was extremely clean.
• The nurses, even without speaking my language, were kind and helpful.
• The hotel provided by the clinic was very good.
• The translator was polite, helpful, and did his best within his limitations.

SUMMARY OF MY EXPERIENCE

Estego Clinic fails in the most essential aspects of patient care:
ethics, transparency, responsibility, and proper medical follow-up.

After receiving the payment, their support becomes scarce, negligent, and almost nonexistent.

I do not recommend Estego Clinic in Istanbul due to their abusive practices and complete lack of respect throughout the entire process.

Hello Everyone.
I had my nose done with the best team and best results I could get. From Flights then hotel then a driver to take care of my safety to take me to the hospital and back. I have a very serious problem with my breathing as since young age until 23 years old I used to suck my thumb whilst other finger was pressing the nose down. So I never had the chance to breath properly. After surgery, I have looked after it faithfully and for the first time I could breath all the way through my nose. That was a miracle time for me , so I'm pleased with the work and my nose looks so delicate and beautiful now xx thank you so much team x Much appreciated to each of you guys. ❤️

I had a horrible experience. Do not have plastic surgery with those doctors at Estegoclinic. I had a face lift done and I do not recommend it to anyone. The doctors are terrible and did a rough job. The scars are very large and poorly done. After surgery there is no support at all. They don’t even answer your questions..
The scars was supposed to be behind and inside the hairline so it wouldn’t be visible, but it ended up on the side of my neck. I will no longer be able to wear my hair up because it is very noticeable.

“I would like to thank the doctor who performed my surgery; he was an excellent surgeon. The staff at the hotel were wonderful, and the person who stood out the most, who was compassionate and helped me a lot, was the interpreter Sato. As for my consultant, Jéssica, she was the worst I’ve ever had: I never received any supportive messages from her, she only cared about the financial aspect, just trying to sell something. The one who truly supported me from start to finish was Sato, and I hope the company recognizes her effort because she wasn’t just great, she was exceptional. I will only return for another surgery because of her, and I would like to be received by her next time, as she was crucial during my post-op period and even after I returned to my home country.

Awful... I had the impression that I was a test object... without post-surgical attention, I only had contact with the doctor twice, one consultation to explain how I want it and the other to remove the silicone from my nose. Zero attention from the doctor and I'm suffering to breathe even 3 months after the surgery! And I don't get feedback from anyone!

I'm Brazilian and I came from Iran to have surgery here because there are many Brazilian assistants who work here. I was very well received by Tatiana Araújo, who was an angel during my stay. Since I went alone, she was there for me at all times, answering all my questions and taking care of me. I highly recommend this clinic :) A special kiss also to my translator Naty, who was with me before and after the surgery. She was like a mother to me.......

I recently had an experience of going for surgery at the Esteio Clinic in Turkey. I had the support of my consultants Paula, who helped me with the surgery package and advice, and Fabíola, who helped me a few days before the surgery and during my stay in Turkey. She gave me full support from the day I arrived until I left. She sent me messages every day and guided me in everything I needed to do. I was very well treated at the hospital. I had a great translator who took care of everything and explained everything to me inside the hospital. The nurses at the hospital were very attentive, even though I didn't know English or Portuguese, they always tried to understand me. They asked for a translator to translate while the translator wasn't there. The hotel was clean and the beds were wonderful. Fabíola was very helpful. Thank you very much for your support. 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

Excellent service from consultant Leandro Santos, I highly recommend him because he clarifies all doubts and details, he is a wonderful and professional person.

I had my implants removal and lipo at Estego Clinic, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience! From start to finish, everything was absolutely amazing.

The customer service is excellent—the team goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and cared for throughout the entire process. Their translators, whether translating from Portuguese to Turkish or English to Turkish, are not only super professional but also incredibly kind and understanding. They made communication so easy and stress-free.

A special mention to Adriana, who is honestly the best agent I could ever ask for! She was so supportive, responsive, and helpful at every step. I always felt like I was in good hands.

And the doctors—what can I say? They are really, really good at what they do. Their expertise and professionalism gave me so much confidence, and the results exceeded my expectations.
