I’ve been coming to Este for a little over a year now, I’m having laser hair therapy another hair treatment.

I am very happy with the service I receive from the team and my consultations giving my updates on my progress. I do not regret my choice of having Este on my regrowth journey.

I've come to end of my 7 months treatment for my hair, my Consultant Arzu from the beginning was clear and understanding on the expectations of my results throughout my treatment. In this treatment I did Exosome with Irina and two other colleagues, it all well went smoothly. The aftercare of the hair transplant from the hair washing and the hair laser treatment with Shirin and her other colleagues during the 7 months, was nice and pleasant experience throughout, they definitely take care of you well. Had good experience with Este Medical. If your considering this path, its worth while taking a chance!

Este medical in Leeds offers a five star service from the consultation to follow up. Firstly I was amazed by the beauty of the building itself, it is stunning!
Emre was very professional and made me feel at ease when talking about my problem area. He answered all of my questions and suggested the most appropriate treatment. I felt very well cared for throughout my treatment. I was made to feel like a celebrity.
The results speak for themselves! My confidence has massively improved since having the treatment. I can’t recommend Este enough!

Este has taken great care of me throughout my hair journey. The technicians, especially Irena, are incredibly attentive and supportive during exosome therapy, making the whole process feel comfortable and reassuring. Sherine and her team are equally amazing—they make sure I stay on track with my laser sessions and consistently check in to ensure both I and my hair are well looked after. Their dedication really shows in the level of care they provide.

The reception team is also kind, patient, and understanding, always willing to answer questions and guide me through the different therapies. Overall, the support and professionalism from everyone at Este have made a real difference in my experience.

I attended Este medical for an initial consultation regarding concern around thinning hair which had increased since menopause. The director was informative & supportive taking into account my personal circumstances which was really reassuring. The girls who I see weekly for laser treatment go above and beyond especially Tannaz but I can’t fault any of the team. I would recommend Este both for the treatments offered as well as the customer care.

I have been attending este medical for my second treatment package. Staff are very friendly and helpful, especially Irana who explains the treatments and does a great job, she is always attentive and provides a great service.
My consultant Harj is also very helpful and always provides help and guidance when needed, the after care is also very good, my package finishes soon but I will have a post appointment with Harj to discuss any questions I have or any further treatments required.
I would definitely recommended este to anyone suffering with hair loss.

Had an amazing experience getting my treatment done from Este medical group. The staff are so nice and welcoming especially Shirin and Irina they done an amazing job.

Before having my initial consultation with the Bristol clinic I was experiencing heavy hair loss and was extremely concerned. After my consultation I was recommended red light treatment accompanied by minoxidil treatment. Within a month of my 6 month plan I stopped experiencing hair fall and over time I quickly noticed baby hairs growing back and my hair becoming thicker and fuller. Post treatment I am extremely happy with the results and would highly recommend to anyone experiencing similar issues,

I've been attending the Birmingham clinic having undergone the DHI Robotic transplant a couple of weeks ago, and, as ever, the service is absolutely outstanding. Having commented in the past about the extremely high level of care during the procedure (and various other treatments I have undergone at the Birmingham Clinic), it is important I feel to comment on the level of care and attention shown post procedure. I would especially like to give a mention to Lumia and Irana, who were both so attentive and enthusiastic in their work, demonstrating a keenness to ensure it is always a positive experience. They would even escort me to the reception desk after the treatment to assist in arranging the follow-up appointment! It is so refreshing to encounter a company where the level of aftercare service (after payment has been made!!) matches the level of service pre-procedure. Thank you!

Right from the first all the way through 6 months of treatment, I have nothing but amazing things to say. The consultant Arzu took enough time to explain everything in detail. She suggested a comprehensive plan and asked me to trust her. I am so glad that I did.
In the past 6 months, I have been a regular client of Este for hair treatment (PRF, Laser therapy). All staff members (Reception, Arzu, Shirin, Ezra) are not only professional but super friendly.

The process was explained well by Mirza, the practitioner. He went through everything clearly, what needs to be done at home and answered all my questions. He made me feel comfortable and at ease.

I recently visited Este Medical’s London branch to try their new MCT Exosomes procedure, and I was genuinely impressed from start to finish. The clinic itself is beautiful, and from the moment I walked in, the reception team made me feel welcome and well looked after. I was even offered a coffee while completing my forms, which was a lovely touch.

My therapist, Pariya, was extremely professional and knowledgeable. She took the time to thoroughly explain the procedure, discuss my skin concerns, and ensure I felt comfortable every step of the way. I truly felt I was in safe and capable hands.

After the treatment, I was given detailed aftercare recommendations, and Pariya selected the most suitable recovery product for me from the EP skincare range. The experience was finished with a red light therapy session, which helps with quicker recovery and enhances product absorption — a perfect ending to the treatment.
