I would like to express my gratitude to the staff at Este Medical London for the care and expertise I have experienced since starting treatment for my hair in December 2025. I am a male patient which has been suffering from scarring alopecia which is a difficult to treat autoimmune condition which results in hair loss. I have received wonderful care and guidance throughout my Lazer and Exosome Treatment and would recommend anyone suffering from thinning hair to enquire at Este. Rasha has been wonderful as a consultant advising on my treatment options and Shirin, Forough and Tannaz make the laser treatment a relaxing and welcome treatment. Just a quick review and update for the exceptional service provided by the Este Medical Group.
Am into my 2nd month of treatment for beard alopecia and I know it will take some time for it to be cured so I need to be patient and am currently having Exciplex, Laser and Exosome
I have been given an extra Exosome at no extra cost and free moisturiser which cost round £50 for free. The level of customer service I’ve received is outstanding. From day one staff members including consultant Arzu and reception team and all therapist have been very helpful and kind to me and helped me with every questions I had. Am a very inpatient person always worried. Apart from the team I would like to say the level of cleanliness when u visit the centre is fantastic there’s a fresh smell when u enter the place even the floor is spotless and toilets look absolutely clean and nice and the coffee machine I had coffee from today absolutely delicious better than most off the coffee shops I tried. I want to say big big thanks to Irena the therapist whom treated me today 28.03.26 for my Exosome she has been absolutely amazing she took very good care of me and made me feel very comfortable she ensured I was comfortable all the way during my treatment. I had my hair regrowth journey with Este Medical, and I can honestly say the experience has been excellent from start to finish. From the initial consultation through to the procedure and ongoing aftercare, everything has been handled professionally and with real care.

My experience with Este medical was nothing short of first class, from the staff, facilities, equipment used, surgery method. I came in early 2025 for a consultation regarding a hair transplant and put in a lot of research in my own time. I believe for myself I haven’t really felt excited leading up to the surgery as the time between wanting to getting the transplant and finally proceeding with the process was significant, however after the swelling reduced post transplant after about a week, I could see how the results would look and I can confidently say the team did such an amazing job, it’s like looking at a better version of myself as the time is passing by.

The entire staff knew a plethora of knowledge regarding all the questions I had regarding the transplant, process and everything in-between and the staff were more than happy to answer everything although I’m sure they’ve already heard everything I’ve asked a million times from other patients but still continued to showed top level professionalism and understanding that it’s my first time by meeting me with a outstanding attitude.

Lumia, Irana and Dyna handled all my pre care and post surgery wash sessions. All the lovely ladies took extra care in ensuring that my scalp was prepared with for surgery and carefully washed post surgery.

Dr liz, Oskar, Sebastian (and a few others but I forgot the names of. P.s forgive me guys my memory plays up here and there lol) participated in preforming the DHI surgery I undertook which took a full day but after seeing the work completed I can confidently say I am very pleased with results from post transplant and now being 3 months post transplant. The surgery went very well from my experience. I believe the process having the local anastasia applied was the most painful but from there onward it was smooth sailing and honestly a very relaxing experience.

Finally after completing the pre-care laser session and surgery I am now undergoing my after-care sessions which include: PRF, exosomes and MCT exosomes. The lovely soul who is administering these treatments is Miki who is world class when it comes to applying the treatment. She is amazing in so many ways by making me feel comfortable every session, confident in knowing I’m being taken care of by the best individual and it goes to show in the way she conducts herself and her work that she is the best person for the role she is in.

My experience at Este Medical London has an incredibly positive one and I’m already seeing good results. I wanted to say a special thank you to Forough who oversees a lot of my red laser treatments. From day one she has always been so encouraging and positive. She’s always boosted my spirits and is always so caring and supportive.

I like that they ask for a review after 6 months, I can now give an accurate review. Este are great! Unlike other hair transplant companies I approached, Este were all about the aftercare. I'm sat in my weekly lazer treatment aftercare chair right now on Leeds, just had my Dermaroll and Minoxidil done by the clinician (all provided as part of the package). I went to their Istanbul clinic for the procedure, I travelled alone but was treated like a VIP the whole way with drivers provided at the other side to move me around between airport, hotel and clinic. How's my hair? I'm naturally curly and my new hair is thick and full after 6 months, about 1.5-2 inches long, and apart from the crown at the back has fully filled in. The crown takes longer, per my research. I had 5700 grafts, that's a full head front and top. Highly recommend Este.
