This is a scam

This is a scam. DO NOT TAKE THE RISK Took my money for a dehumidifier (£99) and this has not been dispatched or received and they are refusing to respond to emails. Have reported the fraud to the bank.
If you search the company on google you will see other scam warnings. Wish I’d checked before hand. They should be ashamed of themselves!

Esther and Elisa, Fake Company, Scam!! Avoid

We thought it would be a good time to order a new dehumidifier and EstherandElisa seemed to be the cheapest online. Please BEWARE, this is a SCAM website and once you've paid for your item you will receive an automated email confirming your order. You will also be directed to download the SHOP app which will allegedly give you updates on the progress of your order. That's where it ends. The progress will remain the same & your item will never arrive. I Googled the address linked to the business and it appears to be a block of flats? I emailed the company via the link in their order confirmation email but never received a response. To summarise, avoid using this fake company, they don't exist as a business and you will waste your money and never receive your order. I hope you read this before getting scammed!!

Terrible customer service!

I would leave 0 stars if that was an option. I placed an order on 17th November and paid £99. I have had one confirmation email, but no further communication. I have attempted to contact the company via email and their website and have had no response. When I track my order it just says paid for, no dispatch etc. I saw a video on YouTube about this company and am now wondering if this is a scam site
Buyers beware!
