At Pilates with Esther we run Pilates classes in the community. I teach Pilates face to face in the community, bespoke Pilates classes, and one to one sessions too. The classes I currently teach are Pilates Posture Project, Pilates Balance & Stretch, Trigger Point Pilates, Pilates for Beginners, Classical Pilates with a Twist and Pilates for Back Care. The community classes are Pilates at Bishopswood Village Hall, Pilates in Newnham, Pilates in Mitcheldean. I also teach Pilates on zoom and run Pilates on-demand classes too.
