The speakers on the record player were absolutely terrible.
After my review on trust pilot, the supplier contacted me.
The contact person was Julius, he helped me with returning the record player & takling the costs for return. He further promptly ensured I was reimbursed all my cost.
It was a pleasure comunicting with him.
So all in all, I ended up with a good overrall experience.

Ordered one product from eStore via another online service among other products. Other products from other online store arrived even earlier than given time and the one product form eStore said 1-3 working days but I ordered on the 3rd and I received on the 9th. I sent them a message on the 6th to figure out why it is taking more than 1-3 business days and I received an answer on the 9th. Product is as described that is why 4 stars instead of 2. In short good product but service needs a bit more attention.

Fantastic customer service. Watch out your measurement before buying this belt. The belt is good quality.
