I Open Private Ins. With Esurranty And Had My Phone Taking. I Went To The Police And I File A Claim As Well. Two Weeks Later Still Pending? Never A Phone Call Or Anything. I am sorry that you are disappointed but the fact is you purchased a monthly payment policy on 12/13 and signed the policy documents that clearly state the policy does not start for 30 days and then filed loss/theft a claim within 11 days. This is why your claim was denied. Furthermore, you filed a claim on 12/24 which was nowhere near 2 weeks ago from today and in doing so you saw the very large statement on our site that says the claims department was out of the office in celebration of the Christmas and New Year Holiday's until 01/02/2019. I have cancelled your policy and as a courtesy, refunded your initial premium payment.

Love the savings & coverage

I havent had to file a claim so can't speak to that but like saving money on insurance with esurranty vs Verizon. I also didn't want to add more cost to my already exorbitant Verizon bill. I chose esurranty because of the great reviews.

Easy to register

I looked at the majors: square, best buy, sprint, etc.

My key requirements were repair and theft. Esuranty was the only company that met all of them.

The buying process was great. Easy to register phones and requirements were clearly stated. I have not had a claim yet so I cannot rate that part of the process.

I would give ESurranty 5 stars until the last few months I tried to renew my policy. I was supposed to get a 30 dollar credit towards my current policy for reviews. I never received any credits towards my current policy. In response to ESurranty below: the link to renew my policy did not work. I called numerous times (only got an answering machine to leave message) and filled out 2 online tickets which I got no response to. I finally got an invoice weeks later after my account expired and paid it the same day. Last summer I filled out reviews on 3 different sites in which ESurranty said I would get 10 dollars each for on my next invoice. This never happened

A review of your account shows that you used your account credits the previous year to renew your policy and we sent you a renewal offer on 10/06/2018 for this policy. Since you did not renew within 30 days the account expired. We then sent you another renewal offer this month with a $10.00 credit which you used and we appreciate your business. I sincerely hope that you will change your review as you have been a long time customer that has had their device replaced by us with a new one in the past and we look forward to making you happy again.

cant make official claim since no real people ever call back.

I have been trying to file a claim now for more than two weeks. I have called the company three times and can only leave messages. No one has ever called me back. A couple times before leaving those messages I realize there was a time difference so I went out of my way to always be sure to call at the right time which by the way in California would be by 1 o’clock in the afternoon because their claims department closes at four back east anyway I figured it out I ended up filling out the special forms and faxed them I have the receipt and yet despite that no one has ever gotten back to me tomorrow is Friday and it’s been two weeks ago that I faxed those forms I can’t get a person on the phone I haven’t gotten an email I really don’t know what to do so at this point they have my enrollment money and I’m unable to file a claim. It is my iPad Pro that I’m trying to repair so I’m not helpless working on it with the cracked screen but what if this was my phone this would be very bad so despite my earlier excitement about having found this company unfortunately if it seems too good to be true then so it is. I hope maybe by writing this review somebody in the company’s attention I will get in somebody might as of yet call me

Your claim notes show that you faxed your claim documents into us incomplete on 12/13/2018 and were contacted by your assigned claims representative on 12/17/2018 with 2 options for repair/replacement of your device. To date you have not responded to your assigned claims representative. As stated on all terms and documents with us, claims must always be in writing so there are no misunderstandings and we do not accept claims over the phone. This is why we have a detailed claims page and FAQ page online as well as easy online support ticket system.

Worst insurance

I purchased the policy for my apple watch and when it had repaired I submitted the claim and in a day they sent me the USPS Priority shipping label to print and take it along with the device to the nearest USPS location.They gave me a form to fill credit card details for the amount I was responsible for the deductible. I filled the form and sent to them and with in a day they deducted amount from card.Upon follow up the Claims Department Manager said it may take 3-10 business days to get repaired or replace but I did not received nothing .It is almost 60 days now. The Claims Department Manager who was assigned to me responded only once and later he stopped responding to me and there is no proper customer service.

Signup was easy and when I put in phone number in error the help chat was there to help correct. The test will be the service should I ever need to file a claim.

I am very happy with how promptly…

I am very happy with how promptly Angelo handled my request. Very professional and very quick service.
However, this is the 2nd year in a row I was not notified when my policy came up for renewal and I had to contact Esurranty myself and request the continuation of my policy and an invoice.
