By late December 2025, there was huge reduction of survey received. By January 2026, there was no survey and repeated emails were unanswered. Probably, the platform is performing a restructure and hopefully, they will issue a statement to enlighten us. I looked forward to hearing from them as they are a very innovative survey platform.
