This worked pretty well, the activation key was sent almost instantly and worked well without any problems. To add to this, it was the only marketplace with a promotion code for the game I wanted, so I consider this a great service.

Easy and fast service, offers keys for a discount which is very fair. I recommend it.

They don't warn people they don't have stock before they commit their payment. If that's not illegal it should be.

Also they advertise at a certain prices but then slip in hidden, un-advertised "service charges" depending on which payment method you use. Another practise which seems anti-consumer, and shady as heck.

I've complained though I hold out little hope of a refund. This review will have to do.

The process to buy a game key was very smooth and simple, but I'd also like to point out that I had to pay an extra processing fee for paying with paypal. For some reason it wouldn't let me finish the payment with card, even though the option was there. This is the only reason it isn't a full 5 star review

EDIT: the site says that they'll give you a random steam key if you leave a review, but it ended up being a discount on their site. When I pressed on the matter, I got no response. Lowering the review to three stars because the purchasing of keys works but the whole following experience was not on par.

They ask you to make a review, to get a free random steam key, but then don't send one. That is a bit scummy.

They accept paypal payments (sadly not all websites do) and that would be enough already to make me feel safe. The key was literally delivered instantly. What more could you want?

I bought a key 12 hours ago and didn't get it.

It says "Your code will be here soon.", but it doesn't appear.

I really wanted to play and now I have to waste my time chasing support, setting deadlines and buying the game again from another store.

If a code is not going to be delivered instantly, that should be clearly stated BEFORE taking the money. Instead, they hide behind a “no refunds under any circumstances” policy, which is a joke for an EU-based company.

This was supposed to be a simple, instant purchase and it turned into unnecessary stress and hassle. If you actually want to play the game the same day you pay for it, do yourself a favour and avoid this site.
