Not gift boxed
I have no issue with the product or the engraved personalisation as they are lovely. And communication was great.
I am however disappointed that my item was not gift boxed as stated. It was packeged in a box for postage but a box that has the postage address stuck to it is not a gift box.

We can't speak highly enough about Etch Cetera!! We wanted some particular designs and they listened to what we were looking for and were able to produce not only exactly what we were after but also to a very high standard.
