I’m honestly so impressed with ETech Mobility. I ordered my chair at 4 pm, and it was literally here the next day, at 8 am. I couldn't believe it. It was packaged really well, too. There was a tiny broken bit on the side when it arrived, but I rang them that morning, and they were great on the phone. They sent the replacement part out immediately (it arrived the next day and just clicked in) and even gave me a voucher to say sorry, which was a lovely touch. I’m obsessed with the purple colour! The chair is so comfy, easy to fold, and the battery lasts ages. It’s actually got some decent speed to it as well! It’s given me my freedom and my life back. If you’re thinking about getting one, just do it.

Etech Mobility giving me the Freedom to travel
I had looked at several makes of electric wheelchairs but etech mobility had quite a wide range that would suit me better at reasonable prices with options for add-ons. At their showroom we met Michael who showed us all types to choose from.He demonstrated how they worked and I was able to try them out. He did not try to push us into buying one but let us take our time. I chose the Freedom Elite recliner model which I am really pleased with.Because I have spinal stenosis I now find it difficult to walk any distance. This is going to let me get out more with my family. I found the staff very friendly and helpful and would recommend them.

After using a mobility scooter for years when visiting family, Holidays, Shopping and Medical Appointments. After using my etech electronic wheelchair with family. Ive realised that I can now be more involved with family outings and feel as if im part of the group. Not following behind.

I ordered some leg elevators to attach…
I ordered some leg elevators to attach to my Y20 Luxe wheelchair. Unfortunately one of the pads was missing on one of them but Etech responded very quickly to the problem when I messaged them. They sent out a replacement leg elevator and a complimentary armrest storage bag as a way of apology.

Jethro was excellent in terms of sales & explaining everything I needed to know before purchasing the wheelchair. He certainly wasn't rushing me to get a quick sale & it was a joy to speak with him.
I've finally been able to use the wheelchair on a fairly long jaunt, with a few stops and starts along the way for appointments. I ended up going 7 miles mostly using number 4 in terms of power. That is a decent walking pace & a few men, who were clearly walking quickly struggled to keep up with me at that level. I also headed through the woods, around a lake and through muddy & very uneven terrain, with a lot of undersoil branches that would kill off most powerchairs & steps, that I know from experience, would have forced me to be pushed or lifted over. No problem at all for this Wide-Seat Freedom Pro ST × 1
I ended up going up quite a few fairly steep banks without any problems & when I arrived home the chair still has two power lights on so is good for another few miles on top.
I'm extremely happy with this chair & the aftercare I've received from Etech. I had an absolute nightmare with CareCo & am pleased I eventually found this wheelchair & a company who clearly does care & doesn't just make it part of their name & leave it at that! Excellent! Thanks you

Best buying experience from this supplier, kept me informed from receipts of order to delivery. Wheel chair exceeded may expectations , so purchased spare battery which was delivered with 3 working days. Had the power plus chair for over a month can’t fault it.

I arrived on a Saturday thinking they were open. The guy was so lovely and helped me even though it was meant to be closed. He was there to help a lady that had arranged to get some help herself.
I was so grateful that he didn’t turn us away. He did everything he could to help me find what I was looking for.
He let me try one of the chairs so I knew how to steer it before I bought one.
He was so very helpful. He was so concerned about not having his suit on and just casual gear on bless him. I wasn’t bothered that he wasn’t wearing it. He just wanted to make a good impression. He definitely did, even without a suit on.
He went above and beyond to help me find what I wanted, went though lots of different options and I couldn’t have been more grateful.
I bought my electric wheelchair and I’m over the moon with it. Thanks x

I now feel confident in my new chair from ETech. It’s more robust so I feel I don’t have to be wary when approaching a slight incline. This chair has restored my faith in Powerchairs as I’m confident going out now. Now we just have to figure a way to stop the idiots who park across a dropped kerb

flexible and stable
Wheelchair is stable, able to cope with lips on doors, and flexible and easy to control. Note that the joystick numbers relate to power not speed. Speed is controlled by how far you move the joystick so unless you need power to get over a bump or cope with a camber then use low power. The joystick is then more sensitive and there is less jerking, making the chair easy to control, especially indoors with tight spaces. Well delivered and packed, thanks.

Love it after an initial issue
I got my delivery and there was an obvious problem so I called and got my folding scooter replaced now I have the new one without damage I’m so excited to try it out today. The gentleman on the phone sorted it quickly and was so polite I’d recommend this company as there customer service was great for me nothing was an issue and next day resolution was offered but I was busy so they accommodated me I’m a very happy customer
