Reliable service and great selection of fruit and vegetables.

I use this every month and I live a busy life in the city. I find it so satisfying to get a healthy box of seasonal veggies that also helps minimise food waste.
Customer service is also great.

So far a very positive experience!

I really like the range of fruits and vegetables, but too much of it is not fresh or squished during transport. When my box arrived yesterday, I had to throw half a blood orange out immediately. Today, another had become totally mouldy already. A different way of delivering and packaging could be an option, as, due to DHL, my last box did not get delivered until the next day and the lettuce inside had wilted significantly. But I love the concept and hope they can improve it.

Love the unusual products u dont find in many places. But, sometimes product come in bad state (lettuce about to die, rotten tomatoes).

Would be great to exclude items that are unwanted. For example, I don’t like Rotkohl and have wasted 4 of them.

Some items could be more fresh.
It would be nice to receive an email of what is the box upon delivery as sometimes im not sure what the items are and what to do with them.

Good variety, good quality, feels like Christmas morning unpacking every week...

We love getting our box of vegetables every two weeks. The vegetables are fresh and delicious and we’ve even found some new favorites.

I am really happy with my experience at etepetete.

I receive the Etepetete boxes since two years. I always received high quality organic food in very good condition. Very rarely there were some vegetables which were not super fresh. I would recommend it strongly but beware that you cannot select what you get. Normally we eat everything without a problem but sometimes some veggies are delivered to often. It could be nice if there is at least a way to exclude some veggies.

I thought the concept was interesting and gave it a try. The veggies are okay but the service overpriced and decided to cancel after a few weeks.
Then I faced the worst customer service I ever faced in Germany.
They asked me to pay the last shipping, I made the payment as requested by bank transfer. One week later they send back the money. After that and without any explanation, they send me an ultimatum with a extra fee for payment delay.
There is no politeness from their customer service or acknowledgement that I'm not at fault here. I paid as requested!
Now I paid again, including the extra fee that seems like an extortion. Let's hope it gets fixed but do a favor to yourself and avoid this company as much as possible.

Frankly I'm a bit shocked to read the negative reviews cause my experience is just so good. I've never received shriveled and cheap produce, just two bruised apples over 5 months that were still edible. It was very easy to pause the subscription when my kitchen was renovated.
It's a steady supply of nice and tasty veggies and fruits; leak, potatoes, tomatoes, garlic, onions, cauliflower, several types of pumpkin, celeriac, zucchini, kiwi's, appels, oranges, lemons, pears, tangerines and even walnuts.
I'm happy!

Do not subscribe to etepetete! Their delivery service is horrible and they always have serious delivery issues since they changed their provider to DPD. I am currently waiting for my delivery for 2 days now. I guess all the fruits will be rotten once they will arrive (if ever). Their customer service is useless, they told me I should call DPD. Big help, isn't it? Why should I solve this issue if I am the one paying for the service? They are not trustworthy, they do not deliver what you have paid for and they do not keep the delivery dates. Do not subscribe!!!!

The concept itself is great, the content is good quality and has sufficient variety. Only the customer service and web page are horrible. You miss one payment in months (to two addresses) and your account gets locked immediately and all future deliveries cancelled. And rebooking subscription somehow mixes up deliveries between addresses.. super annoying experience

+1 star for the whole concept, but for the amount and quality of food I have received it is a total rip-off! 27eur for 5kg of partly shrivelled veggies most of which even in bio quality cost about €4-5/kg tops! The box consisted mostly of potatoes, turnips and onions which, let's agree, is the cheapest stuff out there. Not even zucchinis! For the same or lower price I can get good quality bio vegetables at any conventional grocery store, NOT old and NOT shrivelled, and also have it delivered to my door, because there is no shortage of groceries delivery services anymore.

For 25.99€ it's not worth it at all!!!!! So little for the price you paid .

Terrible customer service.. They made a mistake and reactivated my box while i cancelled it 2 weeks before and now i get mahnungen. Nobody is answering the phone or email and on messenger they cant help. Ridiculous.
