Ordered March 23 for a deliver of April 13th. It’s now the 14th and still haven’t received and now it won’t be here in time for our wedding. If delivery date was not doable a notification should have been sent. When product arrived, it was perfect! Gorgeous and the presentation from the wrapping to the box is impeccable. Disappointed it didn’t arrive on time but beautiful once I received it. Order earlier than you think

It's important to use reputable courier!
I suggest you look into the way your goods are delivered
I received notification that my order had been delivered. Showing a photo of a box that had tape marked FRAGILE being thrown over a six foot high fence
This could have been delivered to anywhere in the UK. So was no proof it had reached its correct destination!

My Mrs B absolutely loves your rose and she's going to treasure it for ever but she's scared to open the lid to smell it as she thinks it'll die so can you re assure her please. But again a beutifull touch and most definitely buy again.
Especially the black rose but please if possible can you re assure my other half that you can open up the top to smell.

cheaply made additional accessories
The rose itself is amazing. But the package was not the way i requested. I ordered the silver tone logo and got the gold instead.. and a Swarovski letter, which was put on the side of the acrylic box and not the front as it's advertised and the glue was too visible making it look like a child tried to stick on the crystals..

Not what I thought
Website states for US orders:
"If the order is received before 12pm, we will ship it the same day. Orders received after 12pm, will be shipped the next day." I did place my order after 12pm so I thought mine would ship the next day.
Mine shipped 3 days later.
Pictures on the website for the quartet show "Eternal Petals" on the lid of the box. Mine shows just "E P"
I added the Gift Wrapping to my package. The "gift wrapping" is just a black bag that says eternal petals on it. The image shown when selecting the option for gift wrapping looks like a box. Very misleading.
10/10 would NOT order again

Wrong box was sent again! I gave this company a second chance and they still sent the wrong box! I asked for a solo box and they sent a diamond box…AGAIN! Please tell the customer if they are getting the wrong box or if you’re sold out so they know what they are getting!
