A beautiful gift for anyone. I would be over the moon to receive a gift like this .

The Rose was beautiful and my mum loved it. My only disappointment was that it arrived 5 days too early.

Rubbish customer service

After using eternal petals before I ordered again and subsequently got a rose that had fallen apart either from improper manufacturing or rubbish handling bt the delivery company.

After contacting customer services I was ignored for multiple days and finally received a response days later stating they hadn't replied because they have been at a festival.

Be warned you may receive a broken flower and be ignored by customer services

This is the worst experiment ever

This is the worst experiment ever. The gift was sent two days earlier than scheduled, thus making the gift meaningless, But this is not the biggest problem either. Very poor quality rose it with wilted leaves and broken, which can be seen that it was a defect when placing the order. It is a pity that for a fortnight no one of their company did not respond to my letters and comments.Work bad quality everything went badly and now this bad flower is not a pleasant memory, and all the time at the sight of it I get upset

Highly recommended

The order arrived the day after being placed which was much quicker than I thought it would be. They were packaged well and looked so beautiful. I would definitely recommend them and will buy again in the future

So many issues and no one responds to emails!!!

I didn't get the discount they offered charge me more for a gem then sent it to my address when I gave another address so my address had both address on it!!! So had to pay again for delivery and when I checked the item the flower was loose and moving and brown bits in the box which didn't look very nice and shouldn't of been der!!!! They won't reply to my emails nor are they picking up the phone!!!! Not impressed and wouldn't order again!!!!!! I'm fuming

Eventually got lovely Rose

Right. Where do I start? With this company, not Amazon who should inspect them very carefully, it is 50/50 what you get! Bought first for friend. It was perfect. Thank you Amazon. Bought second from Amazon for myself and Rose looked Dead. Not preserved. Went onto the companies website as you can get additional personalised packaging. That rose was far more expensive than Amazon and, again, looked dead. Tried once more. I do not give in easily!!! Another from Amazon. This one PERFECT. Oh well. Got there in the end, but ...

I ordered a bunch of valentines flowers…

I ordered a bunch of valentines flowers which I saw on the website. So the ad was a lovely bunch in a lovely gift box.
Plus I paid for a additional heart and message.

When the flowers got delivered I was shocked. Basically a bunch of flowers in a plastic square box. So not what I seen advertised. So when I contacted them they said I didn't tick the box for the gift box, first of all the gift box was in the advert so why would I tick the box for an additional box. And it was £155 so that was probably expensive enough. And there was not heart or message in the delivery which I paid £10 each.

They literally said it was my mistake and never contacted me again to resolve this.

So basically I paid £155 for a bunch of flowers.

Not saying its a bad company.
Just saying they treated my services very poor.

You have to understand I am upset. So if I come across rude I'm sorry. 😡
