Would recommend but felt short of expectations set by Eterneva
I liked the original box with intro video, I liked periodic updates but I feel there should have been a reveal video of the raw Diamond or something. I got a video when the remains were carbonized but didn't get a photo of the rough Diamond as promised. I paid 2-3x more for the process and I don't feel like I got much out of it but I do feel assured the remains are of my mother and not just some grown Diamond. The final jewelry design is also 2-3x the price of normal jewelry setting. Seems like price gouging.

A beautiful and comforting experience!
Immediately after losing our fur baby of 15 years, my husband and I started looking for a way to memorialize her and keep our promise to her that she'd see the world with us. I found Eterneva in the first few days after she passed and from our first conversation I felt so comforted and like they truly cared about who she was and what she meant to us. My husband said this and I completely agree that nothing in this process ever felt transactional. Our little girls transformation and setting took a year to complete and honestly this helped us in our grief journey SO much. Having something to look forward to for her made her still feel so present. The videos and updates along the way from Eterneva were always so caring, gentle, and thoughtful. They brought so much joy to us in moments where we really needed it. I cannot thank the team enough for how wonderful they have been, we have felt so cared for. This was truly an amazing experience and such a beautiful way to memorialize her. I was so grateful that Eterneva was able to create a custom setting for me that truly embodies the essence of our beautiful girl. Everytime I look at my ring I see her, it's perfect. Soon after losing my dog I decided to get a diamond made through Eterneva as a way to honour her memory. I did a lot of research into the different companies providing this service which definitely helped me process the grief of losing my best friend. Although they were a pricier than some of the other options available, I felt comfortable choosing Eterneva as I knew someone who had used them for their pets and had nothing but good things to say about them. I had read a lot of reviews for other companies about little to no communication during the process and I am so happy to report this was not the case with Eterneva. I got regular updates throughout with videos and photos, all from the same people. They showed care and compassion from day one and seem genuinely excited to be part of the journey. I worked with their jeweller to have my diamond set in a simple white gold pendant and now I get to wear a piece of my baby next to my heart every day.

From the moment I reached out to inquire about having my loved ones ashes turned into a diamond, I truly felt my husband and I have been provided with top-notch service. Besides the diamond, I made a bespoke setting and stand for the diamond so that it can be placed at the altar. The team went the extra mile to make sure it came out as I'd envisioned and the end product was beautiful.

A Genuine, Meaningful Experience
The experience of working with Eterneva is so genuine and personal. It honestly warmed my heart and made my grieving process just a little bit easier. They were with me every step of the way, and even after my diamond was complete. I am eternally grateful for the team that helped make this all happen. I now get to look down at my sparkly diamond on my finger every day and only have the most wonderful things to say about my journey.

Eterneva Gets It…Thank You
I lost my nearly 2 year old daughter and decided I wanted to use her ashes in meaningful ways. From the beginning, Eterneva was kind, understanding, and wanted to know more about my daughter. They guided me through the process holding my hand through my grief. They understand and are so respectful of the grief process and how big of a deal it is to trust a strange with part of your deceased love one. I truly appreciated the videos they shared along the way as my daughter’s ashes combined with my hair were turned into a stunning yellow heart diamond. This process was undeniably incredible, and I’m so glad I did it. Grief and loss is so debilitating. It was beautiful, even in my sadness, to watch my daughter’s remains turn into something so gorgeous - almost as gorgeous as she was in human form. Thank you so much Eterneva
