Great Idea, Terrible Execution

Sad to understand how unprofessional customer service and a broken user flow can kill such a great business. I put 2 stars for the business idea - something Berlin really needs - and for the office design, which is quite aesthetic.

Three times I did not receive any receipt, although I was promised them within 4 weeks, so I was not able to get coverage from my health insurance for the treatment.

Moreover, my blood was tested using the wrong metrics, and I was overcharged.

After a short meeting with the office manager, I was informed that my case had high priority and would be handled shortly. After three weeks, there was still no information, so I sent an email with all the details.

When I received a callback from the support team, I did not understand the purpose of the call - the representative was not able to answer any of my questions that I had described in advance. The only thing she told me was that she is responsible for making appointments.

After a second round of email communication, I was informed that it is not Eterno’s responsibility to provide me with receipts for the services they provide, and that they are not responsible for returning money that was taken due to their mistake.

This is a review for the CEO: the people you hired are killing your business.
