The packaging was great and everything arrived on time but I ordered beef franks and you sent pork 🤨

Lovely mince and liver, my only reservation is delivery is via a courier so slight concern about temperature control even though packaged with cool packs.

I ordered the leg of lamb (together with 2 other products)
I cooked the lamb medium rare and it was undoubtedly the nicest lamb I have ever tasted! There were 5 of us for lunch and everyone agreed that it was sensational in taste and succulence.
This is definitely down to the way in which the meat from The Ethical Butcher is grown and I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending this company to anyone who is hesitating. Give it a go, you will not regret it! 😁

Dates wrong on some of the meat, that has made me paranoid so won’t order again. Meet tasted great though I just don’t think those kind of mistakes should happen. Very important when you have neurotic cooks like myself who are responsible for other people’s meals aswell, sorry

I’m on a carnivore diet on Dyalasis three times a week and eating healthy meat that is treated well brings health and vitality too me healthy tastiest way of eating and i am still active and happy considering my circumstance slightly more expence but worth every bite I like too eat beef hot dog or lamb mint burger on dialysis happy munching away while everyone is eating buiscuits and jam sandwich ext lowered blood pressure no diabetes and the meat tastes good naturally produced no probs with delivery so far that was my only concern

With all the bad news in the media about illegal meat, backyard abattoirs etc etc I was naturally suspicious about a company I hadn't heard of before. BUT, doing my research on the internet of all the farmers this company uses I am now incredibly impressed and really thankful that someone has had the common sense to provide our food in such a way that it enhances not only the environment, but also farmers lives and livestock and our health....we can't afford to eat much meat so what we do eat we want to be tender and tasty and at it's peak nutritional value. So far this is what we've experienced and we'll be sticking with them!

I get the freezer box which, at £55, I think is phenomenal value. The meat is delicious and due to being frozen is a staple of my weekly shop. I have had 2 deliveries now and although the meat isn't frozen solid at arrival it remains frozen enough to put straight in the freezer. will be buying monthly.

The main reason I use them is that the animals are treated well and are actually free range on a field. The meat is always nice, delivered on time.

Fantastic meat, flavour of the beef sirloin was superb. All the meat was perfect. Regenerative farming at its best! Won’t be my last order

Last order chicken had a weird brown mark. They offered a chicken with this order. The bag is open and the sausages are not vacuum packed. They want me to buy from them again instead of just refunding.

I was then offered a refund but they needed a better photo of the chicken which means I had to open the box again that I had sealed ready to dispose of in plastic to touch the unsealed chicken to take another photo.

Not sanitary- avoid! Obviously psycho! Who sends unsealed raw chicken in a box?

We would have given you 5* but you did not supply as ordered. The quality of the pork belly was of great quality, but we did want roll it with Pork loin as ordered. You should have checked with us before making the change,
