I ordered the rib of beef along with marrow bones(which I am told they are no longer doing ….shame)

High quality meat
I have been really impressed with Ethical Butchers. The chicken leg fillets were fresh and exactly how quality chicken should taste. The beef was also fresh and tender. I have cooked several meals using both the chicken and beef, and everything has turned out delicious.

The Ethical Butcher replied to my query quickly with reassurances so I ordered. It was delivered on time and though we've only eaten the sausages so far, they were excellent quality
