As a result of working with Kashif Shabbir from Ethical I have developed a better understanding of how I can provide a big impact in my own organisation. I now have a wider perspective about what’s affecting the organisation and what might affect the motivations of people in other areas of the business - not just inside the admin world. Kashif's experience of working at a senior level in several charities and NFPs really shined through in my coaching sessions.
