I received the order on the next day itself,I made an express delivery as it was a last minute order.
Dhavani and kids dress is exactly as shown in the site and even better ,I would really appreciate the way it is ironed ,folded and packed. The material is good quality,and the stitching is excellent. Thank you so

Absurd customer service!
Id be the last one to give a negative review however these guyz have compelled me to do so! I placed an order which i anticipated would reach before onam on the 15th as the delivery date given was the 7th sep.. Once the order was placed and payment gone through,i get texted by the team next day that due to technical error the product isn’t available..Understanding! I decided to choose an alternative and they confirmed that was available.On 8th i was updated that the delivery should be made before 18th contact to the initial delivery date given however there is a custom charge and i should be paying that immediately i get a notification.This was done on 10th as soon as i recieved a customs mail..2 days later there is still no tracking information only for me to find out from anpost that they still haven’t recieved my package! They only recieved information about recieving it hence a custom mail
Was sent in advance to clear the product as soon as it arrives..So basically after placing an order on 6th..and here we are on the 12th.. there’s no sign of package.. When approached the customer service…No timely response! Hideously irresponsible..Id never recommend these guyz only because it’s a pain to do so! Discrepancies in information given, false advertising of products that’s not even in stock and false delivery dates provided to customers on purchase. Regardless of wether the product is good or not,its the whole experience they have given me as a customer that was unpleasant and i sure wouldn’t want to deal with that.
An update on the product-.The product reached on the 13th. No complaints on the product as they are satisfactory.By communicating effectively with the customers regarding updates and timely response is what this platform could do to boost their customer base.The whole experience was unpleasant to me but hopefully it would be acted upon by the founders and take this positively!

We are happy that your are satisfied with the quality of the product, and that's our promise always. We are a start-up British brand managed by a small team of entrepreneurs.
However, you mentioned very much details regarding your customer care experience. Therefore, as a brand which look all the corners to improve the service, we would like to give few explanations. This is not to defend ourselves on the service related difficulties you faced but to give some realistic points.
We are based in the East of England and the order you made was an International Delivery (Ireland). The order came to us on Friday (Sep-6) afternoon and that's been dispatched from our warehouse on Saturday morning. The courier company processed your shipment the first working day (Monday, Sep-9). Customs clearance and all other exporting formalities were finished in consecutive days and you received the shipment on Friday (Sep-13). In 6 business days after placing the order, you have your shipment delivered. Based on our policies (5-8 business days for Ireland delivery) we met our promise and delivered it very much on time. The communications for any associated import customs duty has to come directly from the courier company/concerned agencies not from us and they intimated you on time (Tuesday) according to the guaranteed time scale. Regarding responses from our customer care, our hardworking customer care team responded back to your messages even though you sent in unsocial hours (after 11 PM), except one time. Therefore, when you tarnish the image of a brand and question the morality of a small and young aspiring team we felt so sad. However, we count on every customers experience with us to improve the quality of services.
We take your comments positively and will act up on it to make more pleasant shopping experience with us in future.
