Purchased "tickets" for sold out Jaime …
****Updated**** TixDeals responded, and it's the same old same old. Asked that I provide my purchase ID for refund, which I already have on their help line. So they're just pulling the same rubbish... ****Purchased "tickets" for sold out Jaime Cullum in Aarhus July 2017 via TixDeals. From the moment I received the tix, I suspected they were frauds (I've attended other events at same venue so I know what the actual tix look like). Contacted TixDeals/ETicketing online immediately to ask them to investigate. Received 2 useless emails - one of which asked me to verify my email address on an email they'd just sent to me! - and they never resolved the matter. ON the night of the event we went to the venue ticketing office, and they confirmed what we suspected all along: The tickets were fake. The venue kindly stamped and noted that the tix were fake, provided an email contact for follow up by TixDeal/ETicketing. We're having to dispute charges with our card provider to resolve.
100% guarantee is 100% rubbish. Don't waste your money or time.

It was quick and simple to purchase tickets here. I received the email with pdf to print off my tickets within 24 hours. Hopefully, there will be no issues with using the printed tickets to get into the concert venue the night of the actual concert. Obviously, that would be the only negative to purchasing tickets like this. But I do not expect that to happen. If it does, I will add details to this feedback at that time.
