Tried buying an Apple Watch through vitality when I know I’m active and wouldn’t even have to pay more than £4 a month for the Watch and got declined for no reason. Emailed the customer advice team and they said it got declined due to information provided from credit reference agency, when trans union say the likely hood of me getting accepted is excellent

I’ve been checking my credit report on trans union and my score is excellent and I meet all your requirements hence I’m unhappy with your response and customer service

- Be over 18 years of age.
- Be employed at least 16 hours per week or retired and in receipt of a private or company pension.
- Be a permanent UK resident with 3 years UK address history.
- Have a good credit history with no late payments, debt relief orders, CCJs, IVAs or bankruptcies
- Have a valid email address that you can access.

One of the best repayment platforms I've ever used, I can make extra payments really easily and very easy for you to see what you owe. Getting accepted for a number plate I bought was pretty easy, really recommend. Haven't used their customer service though so can't comment on that just yet though.

1st Class Credit Facility from a Credit Cynic
I'm old school. Save up my money and then buy the thing I wanted. Steered away from any finance agreement wherever possible my whole life. So why use Etika? I'm with Vitality healthcare and they offer lots of freebies if you keep fit. Apple Watch, Amazon Prime to name a few. To get these freebies you have to use Etika. I must say that the process is extremely straightforward and I have signed up for Amazon Prime and Apple Watch. Actually it is the second time I have had Amazon Prime so I can comment on the experience having been through a complete cycle up to the point the agreement was paid off. The whole process was pain free and whilst I wouldn't normally bother going for any credit agreement I would suggest to anyone wishing to sign up you can do so in confidence.
