I like that there is an option to top up online. I dislike the amount of steps it took to do an online top up. I did not get through a couple times until I spoke to an agent. Also I did not get a full $160. Top but $142.

Refund Policy Sucks
This site should implement some sort of way to refund or change order within a time frame as its easy to make mistakes due to internet failure or site crashes.
I've lost so much money sending to wrong numbers or double buying and they never want to refund, even for loyal customers.

Helping someone
I topped up someone's phone so that there Sim wouldn't get cut. I saw the amount that is supposed to come out of my account, but that wasn't the total that I saw left my account, instead of the $40, $90 came out. I'm royally pissed of. Tried to help someone and I got ripped off instead. 😔😤😡🤬

Incorrect phone number: input the phone number in Trinidad( 1-868-796-1564) but saw a different number came up in the receipt(1--868-766-1564) . But had now avenue to edit my order or cancel ???
