I found in Etotal best combination of range of products and the price for my Z wave purchases. They are my preffered shop to get the devices fast and at optimum costs.

When everything is straigt forward, then this shop can be used as one of many others. They get the money and send you products. Not cheap but OK.

However, if you get in trouble - prepare for disaster. I communicated with one guy there and I think he is the only one behind this company. I got issues with Poly Control products and I got no support at all, both from Etotal and from Poly Control. I don't know if these people ever heard about the term "customer service". They might assume running the shop is just taking money from their customers but it is not. One of the products I have returned is still in Poly Control and they do not care talking to me or returning the money. When I asked them what is the status of their faulty product check they replied "you asked for refund, so why do you care". I still thought they are interested why their product could fail but they seem no to care at all. What worse, Poly Control sent me the wrong product and later they sent a part of it with UPS. I got charged for VAT twice because of this. I sent the UPS invoice to Etotal and heard nothing back. The invoice was for like 360 NOK. Last week I got a letter from debt collectors and paid the double VAT plus 945 NOK for collection. Two Poly Pads out of three have failed within one month. One lock drained the battery within a month too, when both products declared to hold for at least one year. And nobody seems to care. I am my colleague ordered three Poly Pads and eight Poly Locks, you could count how much we have paid. And we are like non existent people for this shop and for Poly Control. This is one of the worse buying experience I ever had in my life. If you consider buying some ZWave stuff - look elsewhere. It is not something like buying groceries, you will need some support and you don't get it in this company.
