Awfull handling of trades. Can't access and having login trouble when you actually need to get access to your positions..

E-Trade Markets (etrademarkets.net) is a trading company based in London, England. IT IS A SCAM AND A COMPANY WHO USES UNETHICAL BUSINESS PRACTICES TO EVENTUALLY TAKE YOUR MONEY.
This company has unethical business practices and they use false advertising to get you to sign up. They advertise that auto-trading bot algorithms, aka Gemini software, is used and therefore you "don't have to do anything and just watch you money grow". This is not true. Once you sign up, they call and act like they want to get to know you but this is only a trick to get to know your vulnerable points. Then they give you the "pitch" and coerce you to invest, saying they want to help you because you're a nice person, blah blah blah. The first person I spoke to was James. He convinced me to invest even when I kept saying I didn't want to. He helped me "set up the account and deposit the first funds". Then he transferred me to Raj. Raj was based in Toronto and was actually pretty helpful, or so I thought. I now believe his sole purpose was to get me to write a good review here on Trustpilot…sent me a link and kept asking if I did it until I finally did. Then he magically got transferred to work with European clients and they gave me a different account manager based in London, England because they said that the times didn't work out with Raj. This made no sense because he was in Canada and so am I. And so started the scam. Olivia Kahlo was my "advisor" if you can even be so generous with the term. I told her I didn't want to continue and wanted to withdraw my money. She basically hounded me in an unethical way until I continued to make trades. She then misinformed me and withheld vital information about reports they knew were going to be released, which would have greatly affected my decisions. When the trades went into the negative and I lost it all, she explained why and of course I was upset and told her I thought she misinformed me. I wrote to the company and complained. About a week later I received a phone call from Harold Melnik, who said he was a senior account manager and normally only dealt with million dollar investments,but that he became aware of my situation and felt they were obligated to help me regain my lost funds. He even apologized for Olivia's actions and behaviour! He said he would tell me which trades to open and closed, and said I could trust him because these were platinum trades. So I did…and it seemed to work. But just before reaching our goal, the trades started to go bad. I kept following his instructions, stupidly believing that he really wanted to help me recover my funds. Then the trades closed automatically with very high losses, and he said that I closed them which I did not. He said he would check on his end, but then did not call me back. I received a call from Luke, who said that Harold was on vacation, which I don't believe. He told me that in order to save the account and remaining trades, I would have to invest more money because I closed the trades with huge losses. I disagreed and explained that I did NOT close them, that it happened on their end, to which he said that it was Harold's word against mine. I told him to check on their end because they must be able to see what happened in the software logs. He just kept trying to coerce me into putting even more money I to the account and said if I did not, he could not help me. He called me a couple of more times, when I was on the road. I asked him to call back but he never did. They closed my trades and I lost it all. What I did learn is that even when their customers lose money, they earn money because it works on how many trades are opened and closed and not only on profit. I would totally recommend to stay far away from this company and simply tell them to stop calling you and hang up. Being polite doesn't work because they just continue to harrass and coerce you until you give them your money. DO NOT TRUST THEIR FLATTERY AND COERCION. You will only lose your money. The date of my experience is approximate as it spanned over a couple of months. DO NOT fall for their tactics. I deleted my orignal review once I realized what was going on. It took me awhile to decide to write this review, which I did because I simply wanted to inform other regular people who also don't have alot of money to be careful. I hope this saves someone from the horrible experience I had. I would have given zero stars, but I had to give at least one to submit my review. I will also be submitting this experience to the better business bureaus here in Canada, the USA and in the UK.

I write a review about a month ago because they said they would borrow me more money to trade if I would write a review. It’s been 3 weeks now shortly after that now nobody is contacting me and all my money is locked up I cannot access it.
Please don’t give them any money as for sure they are scammers…. Henry

It’s big scam.
The people who called themselves as financial advisor all of them act like a scammers. I was served by Olivia Kahlo then John Wilson and Luke Williams. All of them have same pattern, they ask you to put more money in your account , control your account through “Any desk” . When you invested money after few days every one vanished.You can’t reach them , they never reply your call or email. When first one gone the next will come and ask you to put more money in your account and I will guide you in better ways.All of these three people did the same thing.
In nut shell please avoid them. it looks like a scam. I lost my money for the name of investment and trade loss.
But these peoples I dealt with all looks frauds Find some real people if you want to learn or understand this market. I never recommend these peoples after losing my money and my trust.
Believe me, just stay away and stay save.

They have excellent communication customer service, favorable spread and assigned me to an incredible personal Manager(Luke). I truly feel so lucky to have been introduced to them and remain thankful for all their support
