Very poor customer service
My husband paid for an eSIM and has never received email confirmation. We have been contacting customer services for the past three days and have had no help, apart from one time when I got through to someone via the app chat and sent them a screenshot of the payment and they said they would come back to me in an hour. That was two days ago

Great Provider!
I bought several eSim with this company and everything went great! I’ve been in Serbia and Turkey more than once during those past 3 years and tried different type of eSim. They are very trustworthy. I had a problem just once, but the customer care service was very kind and efficient and solved it in a very short time.

Been using ETravelSim since 2024 when I first used on in the USA and have used these for every holiday since. Never had any issues whatsoever and great help on WhatsApp when my partner couldn’t get his to work. Definitely recommend these highly.
