I ordered on November 26, 2023 and they took 23 days to ship my order. I have returned the item through Hermers on December 23rd and they still haven't refunded me after 10 days even though they clearly received the item on January 3rd. Until today they keep saying they didn't receive the item and denyed my refund! I have not only wasted a lot of waiting time on this online purchase, I also have not received the refund supposed to get back yet. This is 100% a scam website!!!

Ich gehe davon aus, dass es einen Grund gab, warum es nicht unter die Garantie fällt, da wir nicht die strengsten sind, wenn es um Mängel geht.

CRIMINALS
I ordered Birkenstocks and paid 70€. I was sent a cheap pair of imitation shoes that cost about 1€ in a discount shop. They are imitation leather and stink so badly of chemicals that I have to keep them outside.
I ordered from Etrias and the shoes were delivered from Rivorna - no invoice inside, no indication of where these shoes came from, nothing. (I was also signed up to the Rivorna mailing list without my consent; I had no idea why I was suddenly getting all these emails.) Etrias is a company that is trying very hard to stop defrauded customers from getting a refund, by making it hard to even trace the purchase back to them. CRIMINALS.
I have so far received absolutely no response from customer service. I have disputed the charge with my bank.

Leider klingt di nicht nach unserem Shop. Wir verkaufen nur Produkte direkt von den Lieferanten, d.h. Lieferanten von Originalmarken. Außerdem habe ich noch nie von Rivorna gehört, das ist kein Unternehmen, mit dem wir zusammenarbeiten.
Wir antworten auch auf alle E-Mails, die wir erhalten, also stimmt auch hier etwas nicht.
Ich denke, hier liegt ein Missverständnis vor. Wenn wir noch etwas für Sie tun können, wenden Sie sich bitte an uns.

I can not recommend this company and products
Sent damaged goods, customer service is incompetent and does not respond for days, so case opened at Paypal. However, only refunded the amount of the goods, despite confirmation of the assumption of foreign return costs. Still waiting. Burdensome handling.
Update: They continue to refuse to pay the return shipping costs, currently they justify that the product must be registered for return through their website so that you receive a return label. But for this, the link on the website must also work, which it does not.

Did not receive my package - no refund
Did not receive my package . They blamed it on DPD who said they dropped it off but the delivery person never walks to the 4th floor ( no elevator) so they left it at the entry door and there the pakage disappered. Neiter DPD nor Etias feel responsible. I did not get a refund. Never ever again will I order from that store.

Ordered a cooling box here in August, I never received. After a lots of waiting and dicussion with some unhelpful, unfriendly and uncooperative people from their sevice center, I had to involve Paypal customer service to clarify the issue. Got my money back without any appologies. Very disappointing.
