Bought two tyres. Then FIVE working hours before my fitting, I was emailed to say they were out of stock, and I should select some alternatives. I did. No reply. I followed up. No reply. I called to confirm all was okay and it wouldn't affect my fitting appointment. They said, they couldn't deliver the new selected tyres in time for my appointment either, so I should cancel or reschedule. No attempt to try and help solve the issue. Very poor experience. Absolute shambles. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. Use BlackCircles instead
Confirmed appointment not honoured and appalling customer service
Shocking service from etyres.
I booked and paid for a mobile tyre fitting on Friday 6 March 2026 and received a confirmation stating that my appointment was booked for Tuesday 10 March 2026. That should have been straightforward. Instead, on the actual day of the appointment, I was contacted by the fitter and told they had only just received the job that day, were fully booked, and could not do it until the following morning.
That tells me the so-called confirmed booking was meaningless. etyres was perfectly happy to take payment and issue an appointment date, but plainly had not properly arranged the job with the fitter. A company should not be selling confirmed appointments if it is not actually in control of whether those appointments will be honoured.
What made it even worse was the disgraceful response from customer service. The call handler was rude, dismissive and completely uninterested in taking responsibility. I was told they do not offer compensation and, unbelievably, that they “cannot force” the fitter to do the job that day. That one sentence says everything. It shows that once etyres has your money, any failure in their own booking process simply becomes your problem to deal with.
There was no proper ownership of the issue, no meaningful attempt to put things right, and not even the level of courtesy you would expect when a company has clearly let a customer down. The whole experience was unprofessional from start to finish.
I cancelled the order and will not be using etyres again. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to think twice before relying on any “confirmed” appointment from this company.
Customer services unhelpful
I’m extremely disappointed with the customer service at etyres.
What should have been a simple issue turned into a frustrating and time-consuming experience. Responses were slow, inconsistent and at times dismissive.
I had to follow up multiple times just to get basic information and even then the answers felt scripted rather than genuinely helpful.
For a company that claims to value its customers, the lack of accountability and clear communication was unacceptable. I expected professionalism and problem-solving, but instead felt ignored and undervalued. Based on this experience, I will never use this company again.

This company are absolutely useless they lost my £350 pound tyre and would not respond to my messages they didn’t call back when they say they would customer care is zero staff unhelpful never again for me back to black circles
Very unpleasant experience
I have used etyres several times before and service was great.
Sadly the things have changed a lot since then.
Ordered a tyre and was asked to wait all day until someone calls.
Called the fitter at 12pm and I was told someone would be with me in the next 3 hours.
Called at 3pm, no one answered the phone. I called head office, the chased the fitter and assured me the fitter would be with me in an hour.
Called fitter at 6pm , phone goes to voicemail.
Thank you etyres, I just spent my day off waiting for you and I can't drive anywhere until Monday.

Following from previous review where the tyres never turned up at fitter but no one tells you , I cancelled the order to be told it could take 6 days , no refund after 2 weeks so chased again , with them blaming the fitter for not getting back to them , surely it would be the tyre supplier confirming they were not delivered , miraculously all of a sudden they could process my refund.

Tyres were competitively priced but the fitting was diabolical!
Their tyres were competitively priced but one of their approved fitters AG Tyres in Acocks Green, Birmingham only balanced one out of three wheels and they scraped off the sealant from my front left jacking point because their jack was positioned incorrectly. I even questioned balancing at the fitting and AG Tyres assured me it was all being done correctly. The following day, my steering wheel was juddering at speed so I contacted etyres and asked if I could go and get the job rectified at another one of their fitters and they flatly refused without offering any solutions, so I had to spend another £40 balancing all four wheels at Cranmore Tyre Technicians in Shirley which is when I found out that only one wheel had been incorrectly balanced. A real poor show from etyres and please do yourselves a BIG favour and avoid AG Tyres in Acocks Green at all costs!! 😅
Do not use this company
Sorry would only go to one. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. They discuss mobile fitting but in fact they sell you tyres that you have to go to the garage. You contact them and they say they have three people and calls are more important. Left hanging for 2 hours. Never to be used again. Horrendous company

Ordered and paid for tyre and mobile fitter on sun 18th - booked to arrive wed 21st am and tyre was in stock! Nobody arrived on wed and no call email any customer care to explain why - i chased fitter who apologised but they had not received tyre even tho it was in stock on sun? He kindly offered to chase and call back next morn when e- tyres should really make the call! He called as promised still no eta on my tyre??? I called e-tyres spoke to some snotty young girl clearly no customer service skills no apology just said its being chased - i told her not good enough still without car and to update me by end of day thurs 22nd - of course the snotty girl in the wrong job did not update! Its hilarious hiw quick people are to take your money for a job and then treat you so poorly - hopefully my refund is dealt with much quicker! Staff training and customer care needs addressing im surprised you get any repeat business treating customers so poorly - all it takes is a call guys!!!!

I used etyres for the first time.It was such an easy process..Pick your tyres and they set up a local garage to fit. I went to my appointment to have x2 tyres fitted but the garage advised me not needed. Ive applied for a refund through the garage. Im waiting to hear back..however i still think etyres are really good and i will definatly let my friends and family know that ..etyres well done, great job

So arranged another day with them to then get a phone call later in the afternoon saying they could not get the wheels of so could not do the job so called a tyre shop
So I picked up the tyres and done them myself
Trying to get hold of tyres on the phone is impossible tried atleast 6 times to call as I wont a refund for the wheel alignment that was not done as they never fitted the tyres

Totally false promises
Looking for new tyres for my XC60 and was attracted by the recent Yokohama promotion of vouchers for 2 or 4 tyres. Needed 4 but 2 were urgent so went for 2 tyres with a view for 2 more. Despite written assurance that my voucher claim had been registered, despite numerous emails and assurances, Etyres totally washed their hands of it. No vouchers and a bad taste in my mouth.
Etyres make promises and don't keep them. There are plenty of other options out there and my advice is to look past the promotions as it looks like they are a false promise. This is a company I will not use again

This would be zero stars if able, Ordered tyres on 19th Dec to be fitted 20th, supplied only 2 of 3 tyres required, so had to wait until 29th, still unable to supply 3 tyres, so fitter still would not fit any tyres. Car on drive with puncture unusable. Cancelled order on 29th was told 6 days for refund. 6th Jan phoned to ask why still o refund. Only to be told they had only just phoned garage to confirm no tyres fitted, so still another 6 days until refund. They have had over £800 for nearly a month and i am being penalised for their supply chain issues

If theres an option for no star, thats what it deserves. Paid on 29th Dec, booked for fitting on 5th Jan. Arrived at garage and was informed the tyres didnt arrive. Called customer service and was told i needed to wait 6 days before i get my money back after they confirm delivery status. WTF, you dont have tracking on your deliveries? Even the garage owner spoke to them and confirm nothing was received.
Easy and Convenient Tyre Shopping
Buying tyres from etyres was such a smooth experience. I ordered from Canada, and the online search made it simple to find the exact tyres I needed. Delivery to my door was fast, and everything arrived in perfect condition.

First garage booked didn’t have availability, second garage never received the tyres. Promised phone calls never happened and email never answered. On the positive side cancellation and refund was simple. High street garage fitting was about £5 per tyre dearer, but without any hassle.

Let down by both etyres and in n out auto centre warrington , cancellation appointment 27 mins before wile I was sat on the car park waiting , then told I can have a refund that can take up to 6 days 🤦♂️ absolutely jokers !

The bad.Tyres were not sent to the fitters after saying they had been sent they admitted they had not.
