My house number didn’t find its way on the package, but everything else especially the customer service was on point

I bought several caps and they are all fine. However i do not like your courier in the Netherlands PDP. There is always something wrong with them.

The site was very clear and I already knew what size I needed, after I had ordered the same cap in another webshop, which proved too small.
I received my cap only a few days after, so my experience was very positive. The cap is nice and has a great fit.

Fast shipping is great, but a 75 euro shirt that loses its colour after two washes isn't great.

Ordering was smooth, delivery quick and well-packed, quality of the product very high & communication with customer service kind and responsive. I've lost a feather of the hat and it was replaced free-of-charge in no-time, with a handwritten card. Overall just a very pleasant first experience.

My first flannel purchased from Brixton.
Fantastic quality as a whole. Thick yet soft material, with top notch snap closures and buttons. This is one very beautiful “heavy duty” shirt. I’ll be coming back for more.

Easy, quick, satisfying

All the items looked great and felt good. But the xxl jacket was really much too small. I sent it back with the return label but have not heard back or had any money back since.

Terrible company. Bullying an actual place in the real Brixton for copyright.
Avoid use another company
