I have bought a pair of Louboutin's shoes online, without trying, and I was slightly sceptical about how its going to fit. The great thing is that you can return it back if does not fits, but the best part of my experience was that I did not needed to return them as it fits perfect! They are so elegant and sofisticated and I'm so pleased in overall of this experience!

Poor quality and even poorer customer service!
Lost the heel tip on one of my so Kate slingbacks within 15 minutes heading to the car from the hotel for my daughters wedding. Apparently this is normal wear and tear, according to customer care, even though only one heel shows any signs of wear, this being down to the tip coming off!

Issues are solved
I had an issue (bad manufacturing) with the pair of shoes which I ordered in the official online CL boutique. Thanks to CL support team, the defective shoes were returned, inspected and accepted by Louboutin. Shortly afterwards a pair of another shoes in perfect quality was sent to me. Thank you so much for your help, CL team!

Spike came off after one wear
Recently bought my 3rd paid of Louboutin trainers (lucky me) after just one wear one of the spikes has come off. As they were purchased from flannels I have contacted them, they requested pics and info which has been provided however they now can’t do anything until Louboutin get bs k to them and don’t have any idea how long that could be… great trainers… but faulty …. Awful service (flannels maybe)

Do not buy from this brand
Bought the loubila hybrid bag in black while on vacation in Paris…used the bag for the first time on 15/10/23 and the strap broke! They collected the bag for repair on 2/11/23 was told the repair would take 2 weeks…still no word on 21/11/23 emailed and was told again another 2 weeks….phoned again today and was told it would be ready on 15/12/23….wether it will be ready or not who knows! Bought this bag specifically for the Xmas season and have not been able to use at all! Have had to constantly chase for updates they haven’t kept me updated! Completely ruined the experience for me definitely not the quality or service I would expect from a brand who markets themselves as luxury!

Bought two pairs of boots in December 2021. The first time I wore a pair the heel broke. I took them back to Dover street and they repaired them. By the time I got them back it was spring and I stored them away. I have brought them out this winter and you can see from the soles they have not been worn and I put them on last month and again the heel broke. Customer services is shocking and the boots clearly have a manufacturing fault but they refuse to accept responsibility. YES I did buy them in Nov 2021 but I own several pairs and you can clearly see I haven't worn them. Complete disgrace and they should be ashamed to charge such high prices for shoddy workmanship. Shame on you Monsieur Louboutin!

Brought a pair of the So me Sandals, poor quality the sole lining is not glued on properly there is a gap were the glue should be. The red sole paint is coming of after not walking in these sandals for literally 1 minute. £780 for such poor quality sandals.
