Quality is okay and it's relatively easy to create a photobook.

However, for 10€ delivery costs (for a tiny photobook) I would expect delivery to take a few days. Not 2 weeks... It is not even in my country yet either

Absolutely fantastic quality

The quality of the products is good and it seems to by cheap to buy something at Photo.gifts BUT: the coasts for shipping are with 9,90 EUR much too much. I ordered 2 photo books á 24 pages. From the message that the books were printed until delivery of the books it took 5 days and it was send inland. An usual letter for 0,85 EUR will be delivered much faster. AND: the package was so small like a big letter that can be sent usually for 2,50 EUR. For 9,90 EUR shipping costs I expect overnight delivery. So the hint of the company is obviously to beckon costumers with apparently low production costs but they take much to much money for delivery to increase their profit. I ordered two books that came with separately tracking numbers and deliveries so they doubled the delivery coasts to nearly 20 EUR. Afterwards they asked me for my opinion about their service. So I could choose between a good review or a compliant. I've chosen compliant and only an empty browser window was opened nothing more. So I was prohibited to share my opinion and do my compliant. I copied the address to other browsers to check if it is a problem of compatibility of my browser - but not: only an empty window too in all the other browsers. So the company forced me to make my criticism open to the public. I won't never use that company anymore for any service. I lost my trust in that company. How pity!

Website very easy to use, photos can be cropped, moved and changed easily. Fast delivery and beautiful quality. Will be ordering more

Quick delivery. Great value.

I ordered 2 same photo print on wood. One was a sooo beautiful and everything all right. But, unfortunately, another one was damaged. I found a small scratch scar on the upper corner. Contacted to the shop. I got quick response and told me that already process to replace.
It was very honest business and kind, and very professional attitude to solve such as claim.

The photos were clear and sharp. The canvas stretched tightly and secured well. No chance fo sagging in the future. I have purchased prints from this company twice and the quality was excellent both times. I would have no hesitation buying from them again in the future!

Good quality and short delivery times. Shipment with GLS is not our preverence brcause we have to be home when the shipment is due to arrive. No pick up points in our town.

Delighted with the print quality. The sticky magnets keep slipping down on the wall so I will look for alternative sticky tape for them but other than that I’m really pleased 😀

Second order by photo.gifts. First order was the picutres from Groupon voucher and second big 120x80 canvas with my personal picture. Very good quality, customer service and quick delivery.

The canvas photo I ordered was perfect! Great service and quality.

Good news: everything was shipped and quality is ok.
What could be better is to allow the use of different promotional codes in one order of different items.
What needs to be better: do not use GLS for shipping. GLS is known for not delivering to the actual address. 3 of 3 parcels were not delivered and we needed to go to different places to pick them up.
