I dont know whay Blizzard is doing , maybe they need update report system or change related team and hire more inteligent team with higher IQ.

I just got this email after playing Diablo 4 for around 7 hours. I didn't do anything wrong. I didn't cheat. I never played online with other players????? All I did was play the game and I got blocked???? I don't know if someone hacked my account. I'm really angry and I feel violated. I can't talk to anyone from Blizzard. Sony won't refund the game. I have no idea why this happened. My advice is never, ever by a Blizzard game ever. These guys are absolutely dodgy....

Scam if you buy a game you have to create a blizzard account give them all your personal details including phone number & payment details, then you have to download an app to authenticate something, ridiculous especially for a trial, just glad it was just a trial, I was never able to even get into the game even after all that 😂
Unprofessional Company.
Someone maliciously reported me, my account was SILENCED. After 3 days of not being able to chat, join a group, join a raid, or do anything I was able to find an appeal function. I appealed my "penalty" and it took 6 hours, only for some GM to send me a generic message containing links of an EULA and UA. I requested proof of any infraction, and also pointed out that being silenced is only restricted to chat and mail functions and shouldn't affect in-game play (it even stipulates this in a link i was sent by them) However, in game i cant do anything except stand around in a capital city waiting for some GM to answer my ticket. The resutlt was that they upheld the penalty, without providing anything, and now i am waiting 1.5 days so far in responding to that decision. They will literally penalise you, not tell you why and then ghost you. What an ass-hole company.
bug report meet with auto response
if i could give blizzard a 0 star i would, i had a bugged in their own game (diablo 4) that i went to bug report so we could fix it. instead i had to weasel my way into a ticket in a wrong section due to all other options leading me to the community forum where no tech support lives and got a auto reply that gave me 3 links that are all put out of service, so basicly a middle finger to the problem their own game has. with all honest and fairness i understand why blizzardd is no longer a titan amogs gaming companies and i understand why they are bleedding players to all at blizz quit your job and do something productive with your life and to blizzard leaders and management i hope the company falls and breaks no honor or love anymore.

On there site you get a loop or referral to amazon or apple.
Years before I contacted them because i got a new phone and forgot about my authenticator.
Took them about ten years to remove it.

By far the worst customer experience I've ever had. They are cold, callous and just copy and paste from their terms of service. It's tragic, because there was a time long ago they had amazing customer service with people that actually would listen and help you. Now they don't care about you unless you're a streamer, because they'd lose PR. It honestly makes me sick. I despise Blizzard now, with every fibre of my being. They are truly the worst. I've been a loyal customer for 20 years and, and now I will never give Blizzard my money ever again. Sickening.

I buy cod Black ops 6, I play for a bit and then it starts crashing almost every game. I asked for a refund since I can't play and they just said no. I'm not the only person with the crashing issue.

I've been playing World of Warcraft for many year's and talking with other people we came across a topic of how bad the costumer service had become.
This is exactly why i'm here.
I returned to World of Warcraft as many times before and i meet one issue after another, i tried to remove addons and back and forth an endless battle of problems due to the new expansion.
I've put up a ticket each time not only is it hard to find correct place to place problems, and in general hard to navigate.
But the waiting time? oh boii if your stuck on something you can just logout and kiss the new few days away cause tickets wait time is about 3-5 days.
That's just not acceptable when pay for a service "Gametime"
I've barely played, i did spend a little time helping out people while i waited for my own issues to be resolved.
I asked for a refound after certain amount of problems and then the support drag out the case a bit and then tell me well after 14 days its not possible...
If you ever think of buying a blizzard product? well just don't, stop feeding this company

D2 resurrected is a total mess
On this Sunday, I found myself in queue position 500 for Diablo 2: Resurrected. Before that, on two consecutive weekends the game was in unusable state. So if you buy a product and don't get to use it in a month, is that acceptable?

A shadow of what they used to be.
I had an issue with an item; purchased the wrong item from a vendor, raised a ticket to ask for the item to be swapped - a benign request that would take a GM a few minutes and would have been no issue for Blizzard of old.
First, they took days to reply. Then they respond and call me the wrong name, then describe someone else's issue, followed by simply copy & paste response that effectively said 'we won't help'.
After querying the policy, they threated to ban me.
Clearly they've distilled their customer service to a point where they spend the least amount of time possible, to respond to any queries; all in the pursuit of cost saving at players expense.
Find better games from companies who value you as a player/customer; Blizzard do not deserve your custom.
