Easy use , perfect prep pre holiday , fast tracking toning my tummy area .i saw a different in 10 days . Very easy to add to my daily exercise route . I’ll definitely keep it up post holiday .

Not bad first try. Belt fits ok on my skeleton like body. The guide is easy to understand. Had some customer support issues but it's to be expected sometimes
