DELAYED STANLEY ORDER
i ordered a Stanley EU to republic of Ireland and it was worth 147 euros and the order number was EU723443. I order it on the 4th of July so i expected it to be delivered within a week. Please i need information on this, it is an investment that us as customers do to Stanley and it should live by the authenticity and customer satisfaction it pledges to live with.
Order not delivered. No response from Stanley
I placed my order 26 June EU699341, there has been no movement on the order since 27 June. I submitted a ticket with Stanley on 3 July to inquire why its not moving but they are not responding. There is also no telephone nr to reach them on in Europe. Very frustrating!

I unfortunately received the wrong lid size following the trigger action flask recall.. Customer service was very helpful and professional in solving the issue.

My package was returned (I never picked it up) and I wrote them numerous emails asking for a refund. Absolutely no answer. Don’t order from this website - if something goes wrong no one is going to help you.
Edit a day after I posted this review: they have finally replied to my inquiry and my money is being refunded. I changed my rating from one star to 2 stars, still bad. IF YOU HAVE ANY PROBLEMS THEN CONTACT THEM THROUGH THE HELP PORTAL ON THEIR WEBSITE otherwise it goes to spam.
My worst experience to date
I placed an order on June 7 with a promised delivery time of 3–6 business days. As of today, I still haven’t received the item. Stanley claimed it was delivered, yet the tracking link they provided clearly shows otherwise. They then offered a refund on shipping despite the fact that shipping was free for orders over €50, which mine qualified for. This experience has been deeply disappointing, and I will be pursuing the matter through appropriate consumer protection channels.
Update : I had to go retrieve my package myself yesterday from the post office. No response whatsoever from Stanley. I will be continuing with the necessary procedures with customer protection.

Haven't received my cup and the customer service doesn't reply!
Be careful! I ordered a cup and paid right away by Paypal (order number: EU669380). I don't have a problem if the shipping route takes a long time but according to the tracking page, the parcel hasn't even been handed over to the shipping service provider yet! I have written an e-mail to customer service (ticket Reference #2880875) but have not received a reply. What is this? On the homepage it says that the cups will be sent within 48 hours - this is not the case for me! No shipment, no answer! ARE YOU SERIOUS?

Received a broken straw which seems to…
Received a broken straw which seems to be a normal occurrence reading other comments. The most frustrating part is that they do not reply to emails, so I highly doubt they will send a replacement or refund the money. What a shame.
Edit: I contacted them again as advised below and was left with no reply or resolution, again.

Received broken straw due to poor packaging
I am highly disappointed with the broken straw I received. It’s basic physics, if you pack the item like that (straw in the tumbler directly in the shipment package with omly a thin paper without proper coverage around the straw) of course it gets broken. How do you expect me to drink through this broken straw tip without injuring my lips or even swallowing plastic parts?? Unbelievable.

Scammers!
I did an order before Christmas. I received the confirmation email with all the info, including my right address.
Later when my order "was" with DHL, they said they couldn't delivery it because the address wasn't right.
My order went back to them, I sent more then one email, no reply, no customer service, no money back, no product, no anything.
Just don't buy with them!
If you do so, don't pay right away, otherwise you wont be able to take your money back.

Scam
I’ve ordered a cup on 18 December and it still hasn’t arrived (today is 13 January). I contacted customer support through email a week ago (6 Jan) but got no answer. This has to be one of the worst experiences I’ve had in years, and for such a company that’s literally making millions for just repainting a steel cup, this is absurd!

Stanley 1913 EMEA neglecting risk of burn hazard
Stanley 1913 has recalled several models of their mugs as there is a risk of burn hazard. While customers in Canada and the US are advised to immediately stop using the mug and get the lid exchanged, the lame customer service of Stanley EMEA is „developing local action plans“. They do so since weeks, ie do nothing.

Ordered, Stanely provided wrong shipping info - NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT - EU319125
Ordered and item allegedly shipped but with wrong information given to shipping company BY STANLEY. Unable to contact Stanley and rectify. Effectively paid and did not receive anything. 5 emails as of 5th of December.
I wish I checked trust pilot prior to ordering. Ridiculous.

I made a purchase on the website on December 12th.
It stated that the delivery would take 4 to 6 business days.
When I check the tracking for the order, it doesn't provide any information. I've tried contacting customer support for both the courier and Stanley, but I can't get through to anyone.
This was supposed to be a Christmas gift. They promise one thing but are unable to deliver or provide any explanation.
