I haven’t received my package
I haven’t received my package. Still waiting for an answerr from the shipping company which claims has tried to deliver twice (not only I work from home and was there both times, but there’s also a concierge under a pretty big “RECEPTION” sign). Now it says it’s ready to be picked up but despite searching for the address multiple times, it does not say where.
Haven’t received shipping updates through email nor sms.

Great customer support!
My order got lost by the local post service. The customer support from this company was really good! They were super helpful with sending me a new book with all costs covered and everything went very smoothly.

Full Disappointment
I have a terrible experience with them.
Firstly, the product never arrived on time. It was me that I had to go back to them asking about the delivery time. Then bouncing between customers advisors through emails telling me that they "managing a lot of tickets", they told me that that I have to reach out to a DHL store to pick up my package, without providing any further info,where to go,who to call.
At the end we agreed that they will refund me,but i am still waiting for it... Stay away.
Update: Today at least the refund me.

Packaging needs some work!
The book itself is great, I really like the concept! The only problem came with the packaging. 2 of the three I ordered unfortunaly came with bumped/crunched corners of the cover due to too little packaging material. While it doesn't make the contents any less good, it just is a bit disappointing, especially because I ordered them as a gift.

Disappointment for Christmas
Had ordered from this brand before and it went fine, so thought it would be nice to get some books for my friends as Christmas presents. Worst decision ever. Not only it wasn't delivered, I didn't even have any replies in a timely manner.
A present that was supposed to arrive days before Christmas was delivered January 29th - more than a month later, after several emails and figuring out what happened. And after the ordeal all I received from them was more ads, suggesting to buy more products, which is definitely not gonna happen, instead of receiving a discount on the next purchase.

The quality of the book is amazing, pages are thick and they even give you a round plastic to scratch the challenges. It wasnt necessary but details matters. I'll definitely purchase again. 5/5

very nice print, quality paper. Overall experience would be better if individual cards would have QR code printed where needed. instead of having separate list on website. Also piece of plastic to scratch off material would be nice bonus...
