I'm sad to write this review as in theory, I love the Frankie Shop. The designs are so up my street - which is why I have repeatedly taken another chance on them and repeatedly been very disappointed. Each time I pay a £15 returns fee for items that look like they were made by 5 year olds in an Bangladesh sweatshop. Coats with the lining coming out of the sleeves, shorts with buttons that pop open because the button hole is too large for the button, fabric that is clearly cheap - yet they are charging mid range prices. A pair of shorts costing £90 that are nothing more than a tracksuit bottom with the legs cut off, and a terribly uneven and badly sewn waistband, which would cost no more than £5 at H&M (and even then, I would return). If it were a one off I would stay loyal; however this happens every time I buy something from there. I will no longer be returning as it's feeling like extortion.

If I need to choose one shop it would be Frankie Shop. Their selection of clothes and accessories have so much style, minimalism, simplicity - all at once. Thanks to the actual design and love to a very feminine oversize. And the customer support is super friendly, like I asked a friend to help. Chloé thank you again!
