UPS unresponsive, UGREEN doesn't care
UPS is not delivering my package. It’s stuck and nobody is moving it along.
Edit: I already contacted UGREEN support. I ordered home delivery, but support told me to collect the parcel from a pickup point. I requested redelivery from UPS five times and received email confirmations, yet no redelivery happened. I also raised a claim. There is still no resolution. It's been almost a whole month of this.
Asking me to contact support again does not move this forward. Please act on the existing case and arrange the delivery I ordered.

I bought a product over two weeks ago, It was sent with Chronopost/DPD and I still haven't received the product: it is a shame because the brand is great, and I tried to buy directly from them instead of through amazon just to find I have spent 100€ and I don't know where my order is.
