Very efficient way of setting my claim.
I contacted EUclaim when my plane to USA was late 4,5 hours. They efficiently dealt with my claim, informing me at every step of the process. Finally, compensation was paid to my bank account.

scammer alert - they invoice you for not delivering
waiting for over 1 year on getting a refund, another party has provided the refund from the airline for one of the other tickets and now they just make it all about terms and conditions that I end up paying them for not delivering...not recommended to use these guys, very slow in responses and they just want to earn money in an easy way, even taking it from you in the end for them not delivering their service properly...

A serious company with really smooth…
A serious company with really smooth and straight forward process. It took less than 2 months from the beginning of the process until the reimbursement. The only reason to not give a 5 star is the commission charged, a bit too much in my opinion. More than 40% of the compensation value stays with the company.
