Excellent service

Had no issues with them. I was out and they called to say the delivery will be in next 20 mins. They waited for me to come back even though I was over 10 mins late.
Perfect.

They only give you 48 hrs notice which didn't work for us as we work. Took numerous phonecalls to rearrange delivery. Explained each time that we work and cannot have time off at such short notice. Phone line wasnt very clear when getting intouch. Eventually after explaining that if it didnt come in the next 24hrs that we wouldnt be here, they said it would be delivered that evening between 5 and 8. It came at 9.30 p.m.The driver was obviously overworked and still had a delivery to do after us.

John was my driver he rang to say he would arrive in ten minutes time. He was friendly and pleasant which reassured me and although the sheet said a two man job he managed alone and without complaining.

Second time dealing with the delivery company / fella he is professional caring and knowledgeable and he remembered us from last delivery and asked after my dog who had been poorly .. that made my heart melt as no one really cared any more … give this man a raise 😄

The delivery was good but it took nearly three weeks to receive a delivery date.

Disgusting service they dropped my side board out the back of the van and before you deny it it’s all on cctv which will be going on social media
Instead of carrying my table they kart wheeled it from the van to my house then lied to their boss saying that they can’t remove the old damaged stuff because it was not boxed up and they can’t take it
Now I have 2 broken side boards
1 damaged table
3 damaged chairs and as DFS use this inferior delivery company I can only assume it’s because it’s cheap

I was given a reasonable time slot and also on the day of delivery I was contacted one hour before they were due to arrive. On arrival of my delivery the two delivery men were extremely helpful and very polite in manner. I was more than pleased with the service.

Items delivered to first floor flat no problem. Only critism would be, they phoned 45 minutes before delivery and no previous contact. Luckily I was local otherwise would have no idea they were coming.
