My Little Cleaning Pal
A year+ in and my Eufy has become my cleaning buddy. It's saved me hours of sweeping and gets into places I can't. Sometimes we clean together, and I feel so productive. Seriously some of the best money I've ever spent. :)
Great state of the art product
The cameras were very easy to setup. Love not having to pay to use my own camera and I am in control of my videos. Have recommended these products to my children and family. Great value with lots of cool features. Zoom and tracking function is state of the art.

We like the clarity of the pictures but…
We like the clarity of the pictures but the two cameras that we purchased in September will not hold a charge. We have them in direct sunlight but are still having to charge them every other day if not everyday. Is there a way to change the batteries?

Cheap quality top prices
Bought a very expensive system to cover all areas. Several components failed after a few months, their after service was appalling. Replacement parts were sent which worked for a few months but they failed also. When contacted the EUFY /ANKER were obstructive to the point of hostile/ aggressive and incredibly rude but seemed delighted to inform us that the replacement parts were only covered by warranty starting when the original order was received.
They'd lasted less than a year.
They must use very poor quality materials and parts if they can not even last a year.
Thousands of detailed poor reviews note the same.
Any positive reviews are offer a short phrase praising in a most abstract way suggesting they are almost certainly paid for fakes.
This is a company that must not be trusted and their products are rubbish

I had a home base that was showing a red light, and I was not getting able to get any video capture from my Eufy security system. I reached out to Eufy tech support and they advised that the home base was indeed bad! I purchased a new home base but that has not resolved my problem! I really like my system , but now it does me no good until it is working!
I feel more safe with Eufy cameras
not fit for purpose
installed five solocam 340s which rely on the included solar panel to keep the battery topped up and the camera to be recording/ operating as intended.
After five months the solar panels on all units failed, water had ingressed - known fault and so the batteries were not charging so the whole principle behind the solocam s340 had failed. It was useless.
The only way I could get the cameras to work was to dismount them from the outside, not straightforward and very time consuming, to charge them inside.
I contacted customer support who asked me to return them which I did on the proviso I would recieve not only replacements by return but once their promised experts had chance to see why they had failed I'd receive an explanation.
I was worried I had spent a significant amount on something not fit for purpose.
Sadly I had.
I received no explanation.
The replacement solar panels were fitted -12 months later they had all failed again and none were charging the battery.
Eufy's response was tough they're out of warranty.
Every solar panel they supply will fail from my experience and thousands of others reading online.
Save your time money and energy do not buy a product that a company knows will fail around the 12 month mark. Customer service are full of the usual we truly understand blah blah blah but refuse to answer the question - what is the expected lifespan range of a eufy solar panel.
A year means it's a disposable item which is rubbish especially when I spent over a thousand pounds on a system.
Anker/ Eufy/ poor customer service and aftercare
Anker Provided me with a discount after all of my troubles of trying to get a replacement device due to fault battery. However the discount code was incompetent as the original offers on the website were more greater than the discount code provided. Which was a standard 20%, ultimately you did not really offer me anything fair for the faulty product, instead tried to cover a gesture of good will with an unfair and misleading proposal. You came short in supporting me with good customer service. ultimately im out of pocket and wasted my time conversing with your customer service.
Works great but I get sore.
My experience with eufy has been great for the most part I have used the pump daily for 3 months thus far. Its worked well but I often have issues with having sore nipples after two pumping sessions. It definitely can work if exclusively pumping but it causes soreness, even on the lowest settings.

Terrible company with terrible delayed service. If you have a problem while your product is still within a return period then your best bet is to return it, do not wait.
This company will drag out the process of warranty until it is too late to return. Then they offer you a "refurbished"
product in exchange and then make you wait while they send packaging, then you ship back, then you may get a returned product, all while you have no product that you paid for.
