We just switched over to EUGameHost for are dedicated server and its been nothing but the best, we had a small few issues when we was getting stuff setup however the team they have is amazing they solved are issues in under 10mins and the reply to are issue was almost instant.

If you are looking to get your self a dedicated server I would suggest getting yourself moved over as they are nothing but the best and extremally accommodating to anything you need.

Its not a best host in the world but it has very quality technical support which can fix every problem. There is a small problems in their host but the staff is there always to fix it for you.

I tried hosting a small Minecraft server with EUGameHost, and at first everything looked fine, the panel was clean, setup was easy, and performance seemed good.

However, after a restart the server suddenly became unjoinable. It showed as “running” in the panel, but no one could connect. I spent several days trying to troubleshoot it myself, including doing full reinstalls (even a clean vanilla setup), but the issue persisted.

Support kept insisting it was a configuration issue on my end, even after I proved it wasn’t. When I politely asked for a refund, they eventually issued one, but the reply came across as dismissive and unprofessional, with a sarcastic tone suggesting it was somehow still my fault.

It’s a shame, because the service had potential, but the lack of proper troubleshooting and attitude from support really killed the experience.

If you’re looking for reliable hosting with helpful support, I’d recommend looking elsewhere.

used them before knew they were already a good option etc and when i have issues the both times i did they helped and fixed everything to sort me out so i recommend fully thank you...

Outstanding Service and Performance
I've used several game server providers in the past, but none have come close to EuGamehost. Their customer service is absolutely fantastic—quick, helpful, and genuinely supportive. I've run multiple servers with them, and my most recent setup has been nothing short of incredible. Reliable performance, smooth setup, and excellent support every step of the way. Highly recommended!

I use this for my SCP:SL Game server and they are really helpful with any questions as well as there service is up mostly 24/7.
Only time it is down is Cosmic's fault, or if they are doing major updates.

Almost a year with them. Running VPS 3 - Power, so far so good! Support is 99% response time. Price and quality really suits me well. Guys, keep up the good work.

When the amount is paid and the server is not active and you wait 3-4 hours for activation, it is not really normal, the team consists of 3 people or a maximum of 4. Accordingly, the service is not appropriate. Do not contact this company.
When you pay for a service, of course you are asking for service. This is a completely irresponsible company. I don't see what positives there are to find in this company, but I was lucky that I didn't buy an expensive package or pay for 1 year of service in advance.

I'm very happy with the guys at EUGH.
The service itself works well with the price being super competitive, which is great for my low use server. But it stands out that any issue I have, normally with setting things up or issues around my knowledge of how to do things is never an issue. I always get a response withing 24 hours, often sooner. And no matter the issue they are always happy to sort it for me, I've never been made to feel bad because of my lack of knowledge and any issue gets fixed. You can't ask for more really. like I said very happy and recommend them highly.

Moved over from Another provider who wanted triple the amount of money per month for similar spec on EUGH. So far the experience has been good no issues I just wanted to say the service is great value for money.

Rented a Rust server back in 2022.
It was okay, till issues started arising.

Support ticket was open for more than 24 hours, our server didn't start for some reason, then received a response - Aaron though the issue resolved itself.

From the Control Panel we started the server, but basicly nothing happend.

We moved to GTX Gaming, which is slightly better, but AVOID EUGamehosting AT ALL COST!

They might attractive with very low pricing / basic server, but if you run a community server like ours, any downtime is MAJOR!

Not to mention, more than 36 hours the server wasn't running.

Then, unsubscribed from all emails, and from the sudden, 3 months ago started coming new emails from them.

We deleted our logins, and had to contact them to remove us from any contact, and delete our details.

Been with these guys for around 4 months now and best hosting company I’ve ever used there ticket response time is amazing and very quick at sorting problems

Ill give it a 4.8 yes the response times are not as great as companies such as gtx gaming but they see the issue and get it done and sorted i had an issue with a world and server cpu not being fast enough and then they changed me to a faster node and seems and world corrupted and they had a recent backup ready which i only lost a couple minutes of progress which is what i appreciate to get similar performance on other companies i would have to spend well over 30 pounds of month which is overpriced and people like me that cant rlly afford find this a gift from god essentially many thx to them guys sorting my issues out they are real ones . >:)

EUGamehost really is a 1 in a million business.

Their servers are amazing performance wise and they have competitive pricing. But what really makes them stand out is customer support. Aaron and Will go the extra mile in their support and are always swift to reply. Most hostings now adays treat you like a chore or an annoyance if you require assistance, but not here. I will never look for a different hosting solution, so long EUGH is here

Brilliant and speedy response to my ticket

i brought vps 3 uk and the server was located in us averging 90 ping highly unreliable wouldnt recomend staff rude they take ages to reply - stars if it was a option

Our dedicated server was taken down before the end of the contracted/billing period meaning we lost access to what was left of our data. We got no replies to a support ticket and the ticket was closed without a response. Great servers but terrible customer service and end of contract support.

Great support great services overall 11/10 :)
