My product was dispatched but it required a pin to achieve from courier, I'm not available in the day, tried to make contact but no response, no option for a pickup point or Saturday delivery so parcel has been returned and still contact. An absolute headache. Why do you not respond, can you please contact me to rearrange delivery??? My name is Richard Parling.

8000065443 - I placed the order on Wednesday and received the order the following Wednesday. I appreciate the service, however when paying extra for next day delivery and being a regular customer, I’d expect the order sooner. Especially as the order was approved by the pharmacy and apparently shipped the following day.

I get a private prescription, but my doctor was away on holiday and will be for three weeks. Easy to order order was accepted quickly. There was an issue with the courier picking up the parcel. This was dealt with smoothly and efficiently by admin received the parcel medication . It is excellent, comms very good. Would highly recommend this service to people who are in need of a prescription whilst away from the doctors.

I don’t know why I bother. A change of name makes no difference to a disorganised, underwhelming company. They shouldn’t offer next day delivery if they cannot fulfil it!! They are messing with people’s health! still waiting for my order and no way of contacting the company. They do not return my many emails and what a surprise their form and phone lines don’t work!!! Never again! I said this before but this is the last straw. It’s too much money to waste and far too much stress using them. Order - 8000064713 - just to add to this, all of their emails no longer appear to work and bounce back, the phone line has technical issues and I would say that over 99% of these good reviews are fake! If you value your time and money, do not use them!!!
